【摘要】：南海主權(quán)歷史依據(jù)的挖掘與整理,是中國南海問題研究乃至主權(quán)論戰(zhàn)中的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢。法國南海早期文獻能提供一些有力論據(jù),尤其在他國不斷挑釁中國歷史依據(jù)的情況下意義非同尋常。19世紀末20世紀初法國政府及其殖民機構(gòu)早期有對西沙群島不屬于安南的言論,以及對中國主權(quán)的某種承認,這在它們內(nèi)部協(xié)商問題時表現(xiàn)得十分明顯。然而為了獲取地緣利益,至20世紀20年代末法國利用國際局勢中對己有利的因素,決定伺機占領西沙群島,為此編造各種"歷史依據(jù)"。這段歷史清晰地揭示了法國編造的各種"依據(jù)"是經(jīng)不起歷史推敲的,它的目的是為侵占他國領土服務的。
[Abstract]:The excavation and arrangement of the historical basis of the sovereignty of the South China Sea is the traditional advantage in the study of the South China Sea issue and the debate on the sovereignty of the South China Sea. The early documents of the South China Sea can provide some powerful arguments, especially in the case of the constant provocation of the Chinese historical basis. The French government and its colonial institutions at the end of the twentieth Century at the end of the.19 century had the same significance. Paracel Islands does not belong to Annan, and a certain recognition of China's sovereignty, which is evident in their internal consultations. However, in order to gain geopolitical interests, by the end of the 1920s France took advantage of the international situation and decided to take the opportunity to occupy Paracel Islands and create a variety of "historical basis". The history clearly reveals that the various "Foundations" made by France can not withstand the historical scrutiny, and its purpose is to serve the territories occupied by other countries.
