【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的迅速發(fā)展,國(guó)家之間的相互依存度不斷加深,政治多極化的發(fā)展以及全球性問(wèn)題的凸顯,給國(guó)際關(guān)系行為體提供了廣闊的交往合作空間。在這個(gè)大背景下,多邊外交日益頻繁和活躍,在國(guó)際關(guān)系中起著越來(lái)越重要的作用。多邊外交實(shí)踐的發(fā)展推動(dòng)了多邊外交理論的創(chuàng)新。近些年,關(guān)于多邊外交的探討、研究逐漸趨熱,也成為相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)論述的熱門(mén)話題,不論是中文還是外文,相關(guān)的專(zhuān)著、譯著、期刊文章也多了起來(lái)。西方國(guó)家開(kāi)展多邊外交己有多年歷史,他們?cè)诙噙呁饨坏难芯款I(lǐng)域取得了一些成果。而自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)日益融入國(guó)際社會(huì),參與多邊外交的場(chǎng)合與事務(wù)也越來(lái)越頻繁,同時(shí),中國(guó)的多邊外交研究也開(kāi)始起步。近年來(lái),中國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)多邊外交的研究進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展起來(lái)。本選題研究即是基于在中國(guó)多邊外交研究領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)其成就與存在的問(wèn)題予以學(xué)理性綜合評(píng)析并試圖判斷其未來(lái)進(jìn)展趨勢(shì)。本論文分為四大部分:第一部分是對(duì)理論性研究的分析,介紹了多邊外交的概念、特點(diǎn)以及作用;第二部分以時(shí)間為線和以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人思想為線,介紹了中國(guó)多邊外交實(shí)踐的歷史進(jìn)程及其指導(dǎo)思想;第三部分對(duì)中國(guó)多邊外交的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了分類(lèi),分為政策建議類(lèi)、案例分析類(lèi)以及對(duì)主要大國(guó)多變外交政策的研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了我國(guó)多邊外交研究的主要特點(diǎn)和不足之處:理論研究不夠深入、在案例研究中缺少實(shí)證的研究方法等問(wèn)題。文章最后展望了我國(guó)多邊外交的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and the deepening of interdependence between countries, the development of political multipolarization and the prominence of global problems provide broad space for the actors of international relations to interact and cooperate. Against this background, multilateral diplomacy is becoming increasingly frequent and active and plays an increasingly important role in international relations. The development of multilateral diplomacy practice promotes the innovation of multilateral diplomacy theory. In recent years, the research on multilateral diplomacy is becoming more and more popular, and it has become a hot topic in related professional discourse, whether in Chinese or foreign language, related monographs, translations, and journal articles. Western countries have carried out multilateral diplomacy for many years, and they have made some achievements in the field of multilateral diplomacy. Since the reform and opening up, China has been increasingly integrated into the international community, participating in multilateral diplomacy occasions and affairs more and more frequently, at the same time, China's multilateral diplomacy research also began to start. In recent years, Chinese scholars have further developed their research on multilateral diplomacy. Based on the current situation in the field of multilateral diplomacy in China, this thesis makes a comprehensive evaluation of its achievements and existing problems and tries to judge its future development trend. This thesis is divided into four parts: the first part is the analysis of theoretical research, which introduces the concept, characteristics and functions of multilateral diplomacy, the second part takes time as the line and leaders' thought as the line. This paper introduces the historical process and guiding ideology of China's multilateral diplomacy practice. The third part classifies the practice of China's multilateral diplomacy into the categories of policy advice case analysis and research on the changing foreign policy of major powers. On this basis, the main characteristics and shortcomings of multilateral diplomacy research in China are summarized: the theoretical research is not deep enough, and the empirical research method is lacking in the case study, and so on. Finally, the article looks forward to the prospect of multilateral diplomacy in China.
