【摘要】：日美同盟是影響東北亞安全的一個(gè)重要因素。冷戰(zhàn)后，為適應(yīng)冷戰(zhàn)后的新形勢(shì)日美同盟進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整。調(diào)整之后的日美同盟突出變化在于提升了日本在同盟中的地位和擴(kuò)大了其防衛(wèi)范圍。通過(guò)調(diào)整日美同盟實(shí)現(xiàn)了由被動(dòng)防御到積極主動(dòng)應(yīng)對(duì)事態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)變。此外，調(diào)整也凸顯了日美同盟的地區(qū)主導(dǎo)和世界志向的戰(zhàn)略。 冷戰(zhàn)后日美同盟的調(diào)整，一方面鞏固了日美同盟關(guān)系，抑制了日本的脫美傾向，遏制了日本重新走軍國(guó)主義的可能性；另一方面，則對(duì)東北亞安全產(chǎn)生重要影響。無(wú)論是在東北亞熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題方面還是在東北亞大國(guó)國(guó)家間關(guān)系互動(dòng)方面，，從客觀實(shí)踐效果來(lái)看，日美同盟都發(fā)揮著積極的建設(shè)性的作用，日美同盟是維持東北亞和平局面的重要因子。
[Abstract]:The Japanese-American alliance is an important factor affecting the security of Northeast Asia. After the cold war, to adapt to the new situation after the cold war, the Japanese-American alliance made corresponding adjustments. The salient change of the adjusted alliance lies in the enhancement of Japan's position in the alliance and the expansion of its defense scope. By adjusting the Japanese-American alliance, the change from passive defense to active response to the situation has been realized. In addition, the adjustment also highlights the alliance's regional-led and world-oriented strategy. The adjustment of the Japan-US alliance after the Cold War, on the one hand, consolidated the Japan-US alliance relations, restrained Japan's tendency to leave the United States, and restrained the possibility of Japan's resumption of militarism; on the other hand, it had an important impact on the security of Northeast Asia. In terms of the hot issues in Northeast Asia or the interaction between the major powers in Northeast Asia, the Japan-US alliance has played a positive and constructive role in terms of objective practical effects. The Japanese-American alliance is an important factor in maintaining peace in Northeast Asia.
