【摘要】：首腦外交是當(dāng)今世界外交發(fā)展的主要形式之一,也是全球一體化在外交領(lǐng)域的具體反映。由于世界局勢瞬息萬變,國與國之間很多事項需要的是立竿見影的效果,如果完全按照每個國家的正式國內(nèi)立法程序來決定每一事項的話,想必會拖延該國的發(fā)展并使本國在國際外交中處于被動的地位。近些年來,中美兩國之間的交往不斷加深,兩國需要共同面對的國際問題也逐漸增多,在此情況下,我國積極參與和開展首腦外交活動,這不僅使中國外交活動與當(dāng)今世界發(fā)展同步,而且也使中國外交進(jìn)入了一個新的領(lǐng)域。首腦外交豐富和擴(kuò)展了外交活動的內(nèi)容和形式,近年來中美兩國首腦外交日漸頻繁,對兩國關(guān)系也產(chǎn)生了很大的影響,自從中美恢復(fù)外交關(guān)系以來,兩國首腦數(shù)次通過首腦外交這一簡捷的方式順利的解決了雙方共同面對的問題,并為雙方進(jìn)行有效的交流與合作提供了不少契機(jī),兩國間的爭端和摩擦再也不像建國初那樣顯得不可調(diào)和,首腦外交的重要意義在于為雙方各自的發(fā)展提供了較為完善的互動機(jī)制。 本文主要分為六章： 第一章主要介紹了論文研究的目的、現(xiàn)實意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法等內(nèi)容。 第二章主要介紹了首腦外交的相關(guān)理論。 第三章主要介紹了中美兩國首腦外交的具體實踐,本文以“尼克松訪華”、“克林頓訪華”以及“奧巴馬和胡錦濤互訪’為主要例證,進(jìn)行討論的。 第四章主要介紹了首腦外交對中美兩國關(guān)系所產(chǎn)生的影響。 第五章對中美兩國元首外交的前景進(jìn)行了展望。 第六章對文章進(jìn)行了概括總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Summit diplomacy is one of the main forms of diplomatic development in the world today, and it is also a concrete reflection of global integration in the diplomatic field.Because of the rapidly changing world situation, many matters between countries require immediate results, if each is determined in full accordance with the formal domestic legislative procedures of each country,It would surely delay the country's development and put it in a passive position in international diplomacy.In recent years, the exchanges between China and the United States have deepened, and the number of international problems that the two countries need to face together has gradually increased. Under such circumstances, China has actively participated in and carried out diplomatic activities at the summit level.This not only synchronizes China's diplomatic activities with the development of the world today, but also makes China's diplomacy enter a new field.Summit diplomacy has enriched and expanded the contents and forms of diplomatic activities. In recent years, the diplomacy of the heads of state of China and the United States has become increasingly frequent, which has had a great impact on the relations between the two countries. Since the resumption of diplomatic relations between China and the United States,Several times, the heads of state of the two countries have successfully solved the common problems faced by the two sides through the simple and convenient means of summit diplomacy, and have provided many opportunities for effective exchanges and cooperation between the two sides.The disputes and frictions between the two countries are no longer as irreconcilable as at the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China. The significance of the summit diplomacy lies in providing a relatively perfect interactive mechanism for the respective development of the two countries.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose, practical significance, research status, research methods and so on.The second chapter mainly introduces the related theories of summit diplomacy.The third chapter mainly introduces the specific practice of the heads of state diplomacy between China and the United States. This paper discusses the "Nixon visit", "Clinton visit" and "the exchange of visits between Obama and Hu Jintao" as the main examples.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the influence of summit diplomacy on the relations between China and the United States.The fifth chapter looks forward to the prospect of Chinese and American heads of state diplomacy.The sixth chapter summarizes the article.
