【摘要】：朝鮮半島的任何變化都對中國的安全有著直接的影響。因此，中朝兩國都將中朝關(guān)系放在舉足輕重的位置。中朝友誼的形成過程有著非同一般的曲折性和特殊性。1961年，中國與朝鮮簽訂《中朝友好合作互助條約》，，標(biāo)志著中朝特殊關(guān)系的形成。1992年，中韓建交使中朝關(guān)系進入冷卻期，其后中朝關(guān)系再次回暖�；謴�(fù)后的兩國關(guān)系與以前的特殊關(guān)系有了很大的區(qū)別,進入了新的戰(zhàn)略合作領(lǐng)域。親密如中朝關(guān)系也存在著許多的問題。未來的中朝關(guān)系應(yīng)從現(xiàn)在的排他的雙邊關(guān)系發(fā)展為與美國、日本、俄羅斯、韓國、歐盟緊密聯(lián)系的多邊關(guān)系。
