【摘要】：回顧中朝友好關(guān)系,早在古代朝鮮就作為中國的藩屬國一直與中國保持著友好鄰邦的關(guān)系;冷戰(zhàn)前期兩國結(jié)為戰(zhàn)略同盟,以意識(shí)形態(tài)劃親疏,尤其是在朝鮮戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中兩國人民結(jié)下深厚的革命友誼;冷戰(zhàn)后期由于“文化大革命”及朝鮮內(nèi)部政治斗爭(zhēng)等原因?qū)е聝蓢P(guān)系緊張,陷入僵化局面;冷戰(zhàn)后兩國充分認(rèn)識(shí)到發(fā)展兩國關(guān)系的重要性不斷地對(duì)兩國關(guān)系進(jìn)行探索調(diào)整并保持穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì)。新時(shí)期以來也就是改革開放后,國際和國內(nèi)形勢(shì)都發(fā)生巨大變化,影響中朝傳統(tǒng)友好合作關(guān)系的各類要素也發(fā)生了相應(yīng)的變化。兩國擁有著世代相傳的傳統(tǒng)友誼,加強(qiáng)兩國友好關(guān)系是兩國人民的殷切希望;兩國的地緣政治優(yōu)勢(shì)十分明顯,唇亡齒寒,唇齒相依;兩國互為戰(zhàn)略屏障,在維護(hù)國家安全方面有著共同利益;兩國的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來不斷深化,合作水平不斷提高;兩國的政治結(jié)構(gòu)和意識(shí)形態(tài)相同;和平與發(fā)展的時(shí)代主題都成為影響兩國友好關(guān)系的積極要素。但是中朝兩國的友好關(guān)系也面臨著消極要素的考驗(yàn),比如雙方以維護(hù)國家利益為出發(fā)點(diǎn),不再捆綁意識(shí)形態(tài),自主發(fā)展的訴求十分強(qiáng)烈,增加了雙方的不信任感;美國重返亞太、日本趁機(jī)大搞軍事化、俄羅斯務(wù)實(shí)外交、韓國附庸美國,大國角力朝鮮半島給中朝關(guān)系的未來增加不確定性;朝鮮核試驗(yàn)一再破壞國際和地區(qū)和平尤其是中國的國家安全,危害雙方的友好關(guān)系。因此,在新時(shí)期,兩國應(yīng)當(dāng)充分理解對(duì)方關(guān)切,保持雙方的傳統(tǒng)友誼;中國應(yīng)當(dāng)加大對(duì)朝鮮的影響力,在朝核問題上發(fā)揮“主導(dǎo)作用”;雙方還應(yīng)當(dāng)加大經(jīng)濟(jì)合作力度,促進(jìn)雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)共同發(fā)展,同時(shí)兩國應(yīng)當(dāng)依勢(shì)妥善處理好東北亞地區(qū)關(guān)系,共同推動(dòng)中朝傳統(tǒng)友好合作關(guān)系不斷深化。
[Abstract]:Recalling the friendly relations between China and the Democratic people's Republic of Korea (DPRK), which has maintained friendly relations with China as a vassal state of China as early as ancient times; the two countries formed a strategic alliance in the early days of the Cold War, drawing a close line with ideology,Especially in the Korean War, the people of the two countries forged deep revolutionary friendship, the late Cold War resulted from the "Cultural Revolution" and the internal political struggle between the two countries, which led to the tension between the two countries, which led to the ossification of the relations between the two countries.After the Cold War, the two countries fully realized the importance of developing the relations between the two countries.Since the new era, that is, after the reform and opening up, the international and domestic situation has undergone tremendous changes, and various factors affecting the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between China and North Korea have also undergone corresponding changes.The two countries have a traditional friendship passed down from generation to generation, and strengthening friendly relations between the two countries is the ardent hope of the two peoples; the geopolitical advantages of the two countries are very obvious, their lips are dead and their teeth are cold, and their lips are dependent on each other; and the two countries are strategic barriers to each other.There are common interests in safeguarding national security, the economic and trade exchanges between the two countries are constantly deepening and the level of cooperation is constantly improving, and the political structure and ideology of the two countries are the same.The theme of the era of peace and development has become a positive factor affecting the friendly relations between the two countries.However, the friendly relationship between China and North Korea is also facing the test of negative elements, such as the two sides to safeguard the national interests as the starting point, no longer bound to ideology, the demand for independent development is very strong, increased the distrust of both sides;The return of the United States to the Asia-Pacific region, Japan's militarization, Russian pragmatic diplomacy, the South Korean vassal of the United States, and the struggle between the great powers of the Korean peninsula add uncertainty to the future of Sino-Korean relations;North Korea's nuclear test has repeatedly undermined international and regional peace, especially China's national security, and jeopardized friendly relations between the two sides.Therefore, in the new era, the two countries should fully understand each other's concerns and maintain their traditional friendship; China should increase its influence over the DPRK and play a "leading role" in the DPRK nuclear issue; and the two sides should also increase their economic cooperation.At the same time, the two countries should properly handle the relations in Northeast Asia in accordance with the situation and jointly push forward the deepening of the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between China and the DPRK.
