【摘要】：中國和俄羅斯都是世界性大國,并且互為最大鄰國,兩國關(guān)系的好壞直接影響到兩國的政治利益,為此,中俄兩國一直加強政治互信,不斷拓展伙伴關(guān)系,將兩國睦鄰友好政策延續(xù)下去。中國和俄羅斯都是安理會常任理事國,中國是最大的發(fā)展中國家,俄羅斯則是主導(dǎo)世界經(jīng)濟的西方八國集團的主要成員,中俄關(guān)系可謂舉足輕重,是世界上最重要的雙邊關(guān)系之一。目前,中俄政治互信處以歷史上最好的時期,經(jīng)貿(mào)合作也處于歷史上最好的時期,每年的貿(mào)易額都大幅攀升,但是中俄之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作與中俄兩國的大國身份不相適應(yīng),兩國的貿(mào)易額占各自國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的比重偏低。如果這種狀況一直不能改變,長久下去,必然會影響到兩國的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系,拖兩國關(guān)系的后退。中俄兩國在政治軍事安全方面有許多務(wù)實合作,兩國在反對美國的霸權(quán)主義和反恐領(lǐng)域多有合作,中俄還互相支持對方領(lǐng)土政策,兩國有許多共同利益。所以必須想盡一切辦法,加強中俄間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,將兩國的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作上升到一個新的臺階,使之與中俄的政治互信相協(xié)調(diào)。而且中俄間的經(jīng)貿(mào)聯(lián)系越來越緊密后,即使發(fā)生了一些小糾紛,兩國看到雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)領(lǐng)域的互相依賴后,也會審慎的采取自己的政策,中日間的錯綜復(fù)雜的微妙關(guān)系就是很好的明證,可見,經(jīng)貿(mào)聯(lián)系對兩國關(guān)系的絕對重要性。 為此,本文專門研究中俄之間的雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)聯(lián)系,從兩國的經(jīng)貿(mào)交流簡史開始了解兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)過去的狀況,進一步分析兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)交流的特點以及經(jīng)貿(mào)中存在的種種問題,如何處理中俄間存在的經(jīng)貿(mào)問題和繼續(xù)加強兩國貿(mào)易合作,并對中俄加強貿(mào)易的重要意義做出了說明。 中俄之間的貿(mào)易發(fā)展不僅有利于中俄兩地人民生活水平的提高,而且對進一步加強兩國各方面合作都有重要的作用。中俄要正視兩國貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域中存在的摩擦,想方設(shè)法解決貿(mào)易問題,為兩國貿(mào)易一路保駕護航。隨著中俄經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)所開出的“友誼之花”一定越來越壯觀,也必將造福兩國人民。
[Abstract]:China and Russia are both big powers in the world, and they are each other's largest neighbors. The good or bad relations between the two countries directly affect the political interests of the two countries. For this reason, China and Russia have been strengthening political mutual trust and expanding their partnership.Continue the policy of good neighborliness and friendship between the two countries.China and Russia are both permanent members of the Security Council. China is the largest developing country, while Russia is a major member of the Group of eight leading the world economy.Is one of the most important bilateral relations in the world.At present, the best period in the history of political mutual trust between China and Russia and the best period in the history of economic and trade cooperation are also in the best period in history. The volume of trade between China and Russia has increased substantially every year. However, the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia does not match the status of the two countries as great powers.The trade volume of the two countries is on the low side as a proportion of their respective gross domestic product.If this situation remains unchanged and lasts for a long time, it will inevitably affect the strategic partnership between the two countries and drag the two countries back.China and Russia have a lot of pragmatic cooperation in political and military security, the two countries have much cooperation in opposing US hegemonism and anti-terrorism, and China and Russia also support each other's territorial policies, and the two countries have many common interests.Therefore, we must do everything in our power to strengthen the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia, and to raise the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries to a new level so that it can be coordinated with the political mutual trust between China and Russia.Moreover, after closer and closer economic and trade ties between China and Russia, even if there are some minor disputes, the two countries will prudently adopt their own policies after seeing the interdependence between the two sides in the economic and trade field.The intricate and delicate relations between China and Japan are good evidence of the absolute importance of economic and trade ties to bilateral relations.Therefore, this paper focuses on bilateral economic and trade ties between China and Russia, beginning with the brief history of economic and trade exchanges between the two countries, understanding the past economic and trade situation of the two countries, and further analyzing the characteristics of the economic and trade exchanges between the two countries, as well as the problems existing in the trade and economic cooperation.How to deal with the economic and trade problems between China and Russia and how to continue to strengthen trade cooperation between the two countries are discussed, and the significance of strengthening trade between China and Russia is explained.The development of trade between China and Russia is not only conducive to the improvement of the living standards of the people of China and Russia, but also plays an important role in further strengthening the cooperation between the two countries in all aspects.China and Russia should face up to the frictions in trade between the two countries, try to solve the trade problems, and protect the trade between the two countries all the way.With the rapid economic development of China and Russia, the "flower of friendship" will become more and more spectacular and will benefit the people of the two countries.
