【摘要】：國家利益是國際社會中任何一個國家制訂對外政策的根本出發(fā)點和落腳點。同樣也是檢測國家外交政策合理性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在經(jīng)濟全球化的今天,國家利益的重合與分歧成為決定國家關(guān)系的基本原因�？v觀60多年來中美關(guān)系的交往歷程,可謂一波三折,跌宕起伏。在這看似無法捉摸的關(guān)系背后實則有一條貫穿的主線——國家利益。進入新世紀(jì)以來,中美由于愈加廣泛的共同利益,使兩國關(guān)系進入歷史上最好的時期,雙方在各領(lǐng)域不斷加深合作。而客觀上的利益分歧也使兩國間不時出現(xiàn)無礙大局的“小插曲”。歷史證明,當(dāng)國家間出現(xiàn)共同利益時,雙方就有合作的要求。利益交匯越多,合作基礎(chǔ)越廣,雙邊關(guān)系就越穩(wěn)固。這將繼續(xù)左右中美關(guān)系發(fā)展的大方向。 論文第一部分對中美關(guān)系的歷史與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做了系統(tǒng)梳理。通過分析總結(jié)可以看出,中美關(guān)系可謂跌宕起伏,其背后的根源在于兩國的國家利益。進入新世紀(jì)以來,由于雙方共同利益的不斷擴大,雙方合作的加深,兩國關(guān)系進入了歷史上最好的階段。第二部分,為了更好把握中美關(guān)系中的國家利益,對國家利益進行了理論綜述。具體分析兩國在彼此交往中的國家利益；第三部分研究中美兩國的共同利益和利益分歧,可以看出,雙方既在均致力于維護亞太及全球和平與穩(wěn)定,經(jīng)濟上優(yōu)勢互補、互利雙贏,依存度不斷加深,通過文化交流促進溝通了解等方面有廣泛共同利益；也由于美方影響中方主權(quán)和周邊環(huán)境,貿(mào)易爭端,社會制度和人權(quán)問題上的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾使兩國存在利益分歧。第四部分,對中美關(guān)系的未來發(fā)展提出對策思考。在宏觀上深化和擴大共同利益,正視并妥善處理利益分歧；把握對美發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,建立健全對話機制。在具體操作上要在發(fā)揮地緣優(yōu)勢,加強自身實力；積極應(yīng)對美國貿(mào)易保護措施；加強文化立法,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),建立中國特色文化安全戰(zhàn)略體系等方面努力。促進中美兩國向著相互尊重、互利共贏的合作伙伴關(guān)系方向積極、健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The national interest is the basic starting point and foothold of any country in the international community to formulate foreign policy. It is also the standard to test the rationality of the country's foreign policy. In the economic globalization today, coinciding with the differences of the national interest as the basic reason of national relationship. The longitudinal communication process, view 60 years of Sino US relations is striking one snag after another. The ups and downs.
