【摘要】：美國在亞太南部的同盟關(guān)系現(xiàn)在面臨著新的、復(fù)雜的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。菲律賓逐漸淡化與美國的軍事關(guān)系,澳大利亞則正在反思對美國的認(rèn)識,尋求更獨(dú)立的空間,對美國保持一定的距離,并逐漸認(rèn)識到參與中國的"一帶一路"倡議是基于澳大利亞的國家利益。雖然美國不會放棄對同盟國的安全承諾,但前幾年美國亞太同盟戰(zhàn)略出現(xiàn)的南北并重趨勢將出現(xiàn)變化,美國的亞太盟友體系整體強(qiáng)化的趨勢也將出現(xiàn)新的變數(shù)。
[Abstract]:America's alliance in the southern Asia-Pacific region is now facing new and complex developments.The Philippines gradually downplayed military relations with the United States, while Australia is reflecting on its understanding of the United States, seeking more independent space and maintaining a certain distance from the United States.And gradually realized that China's participation in the "Belt and Road" initiative is based on Australia's national interests.Although the United States will not give up its security commitments to its allies, the North-South trend of the United States Asia-Pacific Alliance strategy will change in the past few years, and the trend of the overall strengthening of the United States' Asia-Pacific alliance system will also take on new variables.
