【摘要】：經(jīng)濟實力決定著霸權(quán)演變的發(fā)展趨勢,但在特定背景下,官方心態(tài)對霸權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響也不容忽視。二戰(zhàn)之后,通過遏制前蘇聯(lián)確保自身的大國地位是英國政府的重要政策,英國為此在中東維持排他性的霸主地位,信心滿滿是英國大國心態(tài)的典型特征。在民族主義者的激烈反對下,在美國的戰(zhàn)略擠壓下,英國通過向外界展示其主導地位證明自己在中東的霸權(quán),信心不足的焦慮性成為英國大國心態(tài)的新特征。在英國與民族主義者決裂時,英國試圖繞過美國,用孤注一擲的方式宣示英國的霸權(quán),非生既死的冒險性成為英國大國心態(tài)的新表現(xiàn)。在冒險失敗后,英國承認了美國的冷戰(zhàn)大局,中東霸主的權(quán)力交接基本完成。英國在中東的大國心態(tài)調(diào)整表明,霸權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)移也是一種心態(tài)調(diào)整的主觀過程。
[Abstract]:Economic strength determines the development trend of hegemonic evolution, but under the specific background, the influence of official mentality on hegemony transfer can not be ignored.After World War II, it was an important policy of the British government to ensure its status as a great power by containing the former Soviet Union. For this reason, Britain maintained an exclusive hegemony in the Middle East, which was a typical feature of the British mentality of being a great power.Under the fierce opposition of the nationalists and the strategic squeeze of the United States, the anxiety of lack of confidence has become a new feature of the British state of mind by showing its dominant position to the outside world to prove its hegemony in the Middle East.When Britain broke away from the nationalists, Britain tried to circumvent the United States and declare its hegemony in a desperate way. The risk-taking of life and death became a new manifestation of the British state of mind.After the failed adventure, Britain recognized the Cold War in the United States, and the transfer of power in the Middle East was basically completed.British mentality adjustment in the Middle East shows that hegemony transfer is also a subjective process of mentality adjustment.
