【摘要】：國際秩序變革與中國戰(zhàn)略的研究,是政治學(xué)界高度關(guān)注的核心議題之一。這項(xiàng)研究在取得諸多成果的同時(shí),仍然存在著有待完善之處。在國際秩序理論方面,主要基于歐美的國際政治經(jīng)驗(yàn),較少容納其他地區(qū)的國際合作思考,沒能容納近年來非西方大國崛起帶來的沖擊和理論訴求,當(dāng)前中國學(xué)界的國際秩序理論帶有較多的反思和批判成分,理論建構(gòu)依然缺失。在大國崛起與國際秩序關(guān)系的分析上,西方學(xué)術(shù)研究的積淀和中國學(xué)界力圖從歷史中尋求啟示形成了頗為鮮明的對照,既有的研究成果給未來研究提供了啟示,而從各角度加強(qiáng)相關(guān)研究應(yīng)被視為國際關(guān)系研究的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容。在中國與國際秩序關(guān)系的研究上,相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)非常豐富,但研究內(nèi)容多是宏大敘事,實(shí)證研究較少;其分析視角多是對策性的,相關(guān)歷史研究、理論研究的成果較少;近年來,關(guān)于中國傳統(tǒng)思想史的研究為國際秩序分析提供了一個(gè)全新的視角。在中國國際秩序建構(gòu)的戰(zhàn)略思路分析上,國內(nèi)外學(xué)界各有側(cè)重,不同觀點(diǎn)紛爭激烈,目前的相關(guān)研究大多停留在宏觀設(shè)計(jì)層面,政策針對性較弱,其根源在于歷史研究、理論研究和實(shí)證研究仍存在一定的拓展空間。
[Abstract]:The reform of international order and the study of China's strategy is one of the core issues highly concerned by the political circles.At the same time, there are still some problems to be improved.In the theory of international order, mainly based on the international political experience of Europe and the United States, the international cooperation thinking of other regions is less, and the impact and theoretical demands brought about by the rise of non-Western powers in recent years have not been accommodated.At present, the theory of international order in Chinese academic circles has a lot of elements of reflection and criticism, and the theoretical construction is still missing.In the analysis of the relationship between the rise of great powers and the international order, the accumulation of western academic research and the attempt of Chinese academic circles to seek enlightenment from history form a quite sharp contrast, and the existing research results provide inspiration for future research.Strengthening the relevant research from various angles should be regarded as an important part of the study of international relations.In the study of the relationship between China and the international order, the relevant literature is very rich, but the research content is mostly grand narration, the empirical research is less; its analysis angle of view is mostly strategic, the related historical research, the theory research achievement is relatively few; in recent years,The study on the history of Chinese traditional thought provides a new perspective for the analysis of international order.In the strategic thinking analysis of the construction of China's international order, scholars at home and abroad have their own emphases and different viewpoints are intensely disputed. At present, most of the relevant studies remain at the level of macro design, and the policy is weak in pertinence, and its roots lie in the historical research.There is still room for expansion in theoretical and empirical studies.
