【摘要】：自2008年經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)以來,上海合作組織在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作方面一直裹足不前。面臨挑戰(zhàn),出現(xiàn)了一些所謂逆經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的現(xiàn)象,這主要是指像上海合作組織和歐盟這類國際組織,短期內(nèi)在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作方面出現(xiàn)的停滯不前甚至倒退的情況。需要檢驗(yàn)上合組織成員之間是否具備推進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)而,對目前出現(xiàn)的逆經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化現(xiàn)象的成因進(jìn)行分析。為此,基于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化組織具有內(nèi)生性的假定,運(yùn)用二元響應(yīng)模型開展研究,回應(yīng)了學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于上海合作組織是否需要將區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化作為其建設(shè)目標(biāo)繼續(xù)推進(jìn)的爭論。
[Abstract]:Since the 2008 economic crisis, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the area of regional economic cooperation has been stagnant.In the face of challenges, some so-called reverse economic integration phenomena have emerged, mainly referring to the stagnation or even retrogression of regional economic cooperation in the short term by international organizations such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the European Union.It is necessary to test whether there is a realistic basis for promoting regional economic integration among SCO members, and then to analyze the causes of the current phenomenon of inverse economic integration.Therefore, based on the assumption that the regional economic integration organization is endogenous, the dual response model is used to carry out the research, which responds to the debate in academic circles on whether the Shanghai Cooperation Organization should continue to promote the regional economic integration as its construction goal.
