【摘要】：從中日之間的關系結構、力量對比以及發(fā)展趨勢來看,兩國之間的戰(zhàn)略博弈態(tài)勢是長期的,也是結構性的。由于"一帶一路"建設與日本的國家正�；瘧�(zhàn)略相互矛盾,加上兩國之間的戰(zhàn)略信任基礎仍然薄弱,雖然有些部門和領域可以進行合作,但中日之間的戰(zhàn)略博弈遠遠大于雙方合作的空間和機遇。隨著安倍政權的長期化,中日戰(zhàn)略博弈結構及其矛盾在短期內難以得到根本性改善,使兩國之間競爭格局的長期化趨勢日益嚴重,而且這種趨勢將加上美國因素在內日益復雜和深刻,必然會給中國推進"一帶一路"建設帶來重大壓力。
[Abstract]:The strategic game situation between China and Japan is both long-term and structural in terms of the relationship structure, power contrast and development trend between China and Japan.As the construction of "Belt and Road" contradicts Japan's national normalization strategy and the strategic trust foundation between the two countries remains weak, although some departments and fields can cooperate,But the strategic game between China and Japan is far greater than the space and opportunity for bilateral cooperation.With the long-term change of Abe's regime, the strategic game structure and its contradictions between China and Japan are difficult to be fundamentally improved in the short term, which makes the long-term trend of competition between the two countries becoming more and more serious.Moreover, this trend will add to the increasing complexity and depth of American factors, which will inevitably bring great pressure on China to push forward the construction of Belt and Road.
