【摘要】：在當前國際貨幣體系中,貨幣的政治屬性和政治收益是有目共睹的。圍繞實現(xiàn)本國貨幣國際化而獲得相應(yīng)的政治收益以及經(jīng)濟利益而展開的外交,或利用本國貨幣在國際貨幣體系中的國際貨幣地位而展開的外加活動一直都活躍在國際政治舞臺上。中國通過自身的貨幣外交努力,人民幣終于在2016年10月1日正式納入國際貨幣基金組織特別提款權(quán)籃子,這是中國人民幣貨幣外交和人民幣國際化取得的里程碑式的成果。2008年由美國次貸危機引發(fā)的全球金融危機以及隨后希臘債務(wù)危機引發(fā)的歐債危機對世界政治經(jīng)濟造成破壞的余震仍在,它不僅對當時的國際貨幣體系和世界經(jīng)濟造成了巨大的沖擊,同時也暴露了當前國際貨幣體系的治理機制具有深層次的缺陷和弊端,推動國際貨幣體系的治理和改革勢在必行。中國作為世界第二大經(jīng)濟體和第一大貿(mào)易國,從國內(nèi)外的政治經(jīng)濟需求出發(fā),不但提出人民幣國際化和“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略,并且開始在國際貨幣體系的治理和改革上嶄露頭角,貢獻自己的智慧積極展開貨幣外交。本文旨在運用國際經(jīng)濟政治學(xué)和經(jīng)濟外交的相關(guān)理論研究中國的人民幣貨幣外交路徑。文章結(jié)構(gòu)分為四個部分,第一部分即是緒論部分,是利用現(xiàn)有的理論理清貨幣外交相關(guān)理論概念,以及影響貨幣外交選擇的因素。第二部分是通過對當前大國貨幣外交路徑的提煉,同時勾勒出中國選擇的人民幣貨幣外交路徑。第三部分是通過人民幣加入SDR這個具體的案例對中國已經(jīng)走過的人民幣貨幣外交路徑進行具體論述。第四部分是對中國將來繼續(xù)推進人民幣貨幣外交的著力點以及將會面臨哪些挑戰(zhàn)進行分析。
[Abstract]:In the current international monetary system, the political attributes and benefits of money are obvious to all.Diplomacy around the internationalization of the national currency and the corresponding political gains and economic benefits,Or using the international monetary status of the national currency in the international monetary system has been active in the international political arena.Through China's currency diplomacy efforts, the renminbi was finally officially included in the IMF Special drawing Rights basket on October 1, 2016.This is a landmark achievement in China's currency diplomacy and internationalization of the renminbi. The global financial crisis triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States in 2008 and the European debt crisis triggered by the Greek debt crisis in 2008 have had a negative impact on the world political economy.The aftershocks that caused the damage are still there.It not only had a great impact on the international monetary system and the world economy at that time, but also exposed the deep defects and drawbacks of the current governance mechanism of the international monetary system. It is imperative to promote the governance and reform of the international monetary system.As the second largest economy and the largest trading country in the world, China, proceeding from the political and economic needs at home and abroad, not only put forward the internationalization of the renminbi and the strategy of "Belt and Road", but also began to emerge in the governance and reform of the international monetary system.Contribute their own wisdom and actively carry out monetary diplomacy.The purpose of this paper is to use the theories of international economic politics and economic diplomacy to study the path of RMB currency diplomacy in China.The structure of the article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction part, which makes use of the existing theories to clarify the related concepts of monetary diplomacy and the factors that affect the choice of monetary diplomacy.The second part is to refine the current currency diplomacy path of big countries, and to outline the RMB currency diplomacy path chosen by China at the same time.The third part discusses the RMB currency diplomacy path that China has already taken through the concrete case of RMB joining SDR.The fourth part is an analysis of China's future efforts to promote RMB currency diplomacy and what challenges it will face.
