【摘要】：外交作為國家對外交往的直接活動,將國際政治和國際關(guān)系學科理論與公共交往的實踐性和現(xiàn)實性緊密結(jié)合�！罢伪硌荨弊鳛橐环N政治行為,常顯性的見諸于各種外交場合之中�！罢伪硌荨币辉~常帶有諷刺意味,并作為一個現(xiàn)象被政壇和政治學界所廣泛討論；但對政治表演蘊含的政治學規(guī)律和理論的探索則不夠充分。 鑒于政治表演所具備的政治廣泛性和重要性,并本著客觀無偏見的態(tài)度,作者提出創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的研究——表演政治學,并以此為基礎(chǔ),論述本文的中心議題“外交表演政治學”。本文著重從政治學本質(zhì)出發(fā)；旨在劃定學說范疇,并從政治學的視角提出分析和揭露政治表演和外交政治表演內(nèi)涵的方法,努力探索該領(lǐng)域的研究框架。 本文論點集中在什么是政治領(lǐng)域、特別是外交領(lǐng)域中“表演行為”產(chǎn)生和運用的政治學內(nèi)涵上。文章首先對“表演政治學”的定義、政治學淵源、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法進行了詳細分析,并提出了理論假設(shè)“政治動機產(chǎn)生表演”；在第二部分具體論述“外交表演政治學”,對其定義及基本特征、層次分析及理論假設(shè)、歷史上的運用及實踐性進行探討,在表演政治學主假設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上尋找影響表演的干預(yù)變量(也叫影響因素)；最后一部分則選出以“人”為行為主體的“奧巴馬中東政策演講”和以“群體”為行為主體的“乒乓外交”作為典型的外交案例對研究進行佐證。通過從普適的理論研究到特殊領(lǐng)域的理論研究再到具體案例的佐證,較為全面的闡釋了表演政治學,特別是外交表演政治學存在的意義——政治產(chǎn)生表演,表演影響政治走向。 由于表演政治學,特別是外交領(lǐng)域的表演政治學的專門研究尚屬空白,基于外交實踐的表演政治學立著也難尋蹤跡,因此本文的目的在于提出表演政治學的架構(gòu),擴寬以往僅從單一政治行為進行分析的研究思路。同時,外交表演政治學研究的意義還在于將有助于獲得更準確的外交政治判斷,通過層次分析進一步推導(dǎo)表演行為的影響因素,給具體的外交決策以借鑒。
[Abstract]:As a direct activity of the country's foreign relations, diplomacy closely combines the theory of international politics and international relations with the practicality and reality of public communication.As a kind of political behavior, political performance is often seen in various diplomatic occasions.The term "political performance" is often ironic and is widely discussed as a phenomenon in politics and political circles, but the exploration of political laws and theories contained in political performance is not enough.In view of the political extensiveness and importance of political performance, and in the light of the objective and unbiased attitude, the author puts forward the research in the field of innovation-Performing Politics, and on this basis, discusses the central topic of this paper, "the Politics of diplomatic performance".This paper focuses on the essence of political science and aims at delimiting the scope of theory and putting forward the methods of analyzing and exposing the connotation of political performance and diplomatic political performance from the perspective of political science and trying to explore the research framework in this field.This paper focuses on the political connotations of the emergence and application of "acting behavior" in the political field, especially in the diplomatic field.Firstly, this paper analyzes the definition, origin, content and research method of "Performing Politics" in detail, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that "political motive produces performance", and in the second part, it discusses concretely "the politics of diplomatic performance".This paper discusses its definition and basic characteristics, its analytic hierarchy process and theoretical hypothesis, its historical application and its practicality.On the basis of the main hypothesis of performing politics, we look for the intervention variables (also known as influencing factors) that influence performance; finally, we choose Obama's Middle East Policy speech with "people" as the main body and "group" as the behavior.As a typical diplomatic case, Ping-Pong diplomacy of the subject proves the research.From the universal theoretical research to the special field of theoretical research to the evidence of specific cases, this paper comprehensively explains the significance of the existence of the politics of performance, especially the diplomatic performance politics, in which the performance influences the political trend.Because the special research on performing politics, especially in the field of foreign affairs, is still blank, and it is difficult to find a trace of performing politics based on diplomatic practice, the purpose of this paper is to put forward the framework of performing politics.Broaden the past only from a single political behavior to analyze the thinking.At the same time, the significance of the study of diplomatic performance politics is that it will be helpful to obtain more accurate diplomatic and political judgment, to further deduce the influencing factors of performing behavior through hierarchical analysis, and to draw lessons from specific diplomatic decisions.
