【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟改革的不斷推進，印度經(jīng)濟得到了突飛猛進的發(fā)展，其綜合國力和國際影響力迅速提高，一躍成為世界重要大國。作為其鄰國，印度崛起對中國產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響，本文就印度的崛起及其對中國產(chǎn)生的影響進行深入的研究，期望為中印關(guān)系的發(fā)展提供參考。 文章首先介紹了研究的背景和意義，綜述了國內(nèi)外研究狀況。其次，分析了印度崛起的優(yōu)勢、現(xiàn)狀和實施的對外地緣戰(zhàn)略。印度崛起的優(yōu)勢主要有豐富的自然資源、巨大的人力資源、較強的科技實力和強烈的國家意志。而對外地緣戰(zhàn)略則包括“東向政策”、“古杰拉爾主義”、“中亞戰(zhàn)略”和“印度洋戰(zhàn)略”。再次，分析了印度崛起對中國地緣政治的影響，這是本文研究的中心�？梢哉f，印度崛起對中國是挑戰(zhàn)與機遇并存。這些挑戰(zhàn)包括印度的“東向政策”一定程度上制約了中國在東南亞的影響力；“古杰拉爾主義”對中國在南亞的戰(zhàn)略利益形成巨大的沖擊，擠壓中國在南亞的發(fā)展空間；“中亞戰(zhàn)略”則會制約中國在中亞的發(fā)展，對中國的西部安全構(gòu)成挑戰(zhàn)；“印度洋戰(zhàn)略”對中國賴以生存的“印度洋運輸線”構(gòu)成了潛在的威脅。而帶來的機遇則是能夠為中國的發(fā)展提供相對穩(wěn)定的外部環(huán)境、巨大的市場和豐富的資源，能夠減輕中國在國際事務(wù)中面臨的壓力。同時，中印合作還可以促進彼此共同發(fā)展，，提高兩國的綜合國力和世界影響力。最后文章在影響的基礎(chǔ)上提出了七點必要的應(yīng)對策略，期望減少印度崛起對中國國家利益的沖擊，為中國的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造條件�？傊�，我們要慎重對待印度的崛起，既要把握印度崛起帶來的機遇，也要看到印度崛起形成的挑戰(zhàn)，在強化兩國的互利合作中實現(xiàn)共贏，為中印共同崛起創(chuàng)造條件。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic reform, India's economy has developed by leaps and bounds, its comprehensive national strength and international influence have been raised rapidly, and it has become an important country in the world.As a neighboring country, the rise of India has a profound impact on China. This paper makes an in-depth study on the rise of India and its influence on China, hoping to provide a reference for the development of Sino-Indian relations.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, and summarizes the research situation at home and abroad.Secondly, it analyzes the advantages, status quo and foreign geo-strategy of India's rise.India's advantages include abundant natural resources, huge human resources, strong scientific and technological strength and strong national will.The foreign geo-strategy includes "eastward policy", "Gujral doctrine", "Central Asia strategy" and "Indian Ocean strategy".Thirdly, it analyzes the influence of India's rise on Chinese geopolitics, which is the center of this paper.It can be said that India's rise is both a challenge and an opportunity for China.These challenges include India's "eastward policy" which restricts China's influence in Southeast Asia to a certain extent, "Gujral Doctrine" forming a huge impact on China's strategic interests in South Asia, and squeezing China's development space in South Asia.The "Central Asia Strategy" will restrict China's development in Central Asia and pose a challenge to China's western security, while the "Indian Ocean Strategy" will pose a potential threat to the "Indian Ocean Transport Line" on which China depends.The opportunity is to provide a relatively stable external environment, a huge market and abundant resources for China's development, and to alleviate the pressure that China faces in international affairs.At the same time, cooperation between China and India can promote the common development of each other and enhance the comprehensive national strength and world influence of the two countries.Finally, on the basis of the influence, the paper puts forward seven necessary countermeasures in order to reduce the impact of the rise of India on China's national interests and create conditions for China's development.In a word, we should treat India's rise with caution, not only grasp the opportunities brought by India's rise, but also see the challenges posed by India's rise, achieve win-win results in strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries, and create conditions for the common rise of China and India.
