【摘要】：孤立主義是美國意識形態(tài)的重要組成部分。在國際和國內(nèi)形勢相對不利時,美國孤立主義便會高漲。以特朗普贏得總統(tǒng)大選為標(biāo)志的美國孤立主義浪潮,有其深刻的時代背景,反映了美國國內(nèi)以及美國和世界關(guān)系的新變化。美國孤立主義的重新抬頭,會給全球化的未來發(fā)展以及全球化的動力、理念和利益分配等帶來一定變化。但基于美國國內(nèi)體制、雙邊層面和國際層面的多重制約因素,美國孤立主義思潮及特朗普政府對全球化的消極態(tài)度,對全球化所能形成的負(fù)面影響有限,不宜過分夸大。
[Abstract]:Isolationism is an important part of American ideology.American isolationism rises when the international and domestic situation is relatively unfavourable.The wave of American isolationism, marked by Trump's victory in the presidential election, has a profound background and reflects the new changes in the United States and its relations with the world.The resurgence of American isolationism will bring some changes to the future development of globalization as well as the motive force, idea and benefit distribution of globalization.However, due to the multiple constraints at the domestic system, bilateral and international levels, the trend of American isolationism and the negative attitude of the Trump administration to globalization, the negative impact on globalization is limited and should not be exaggerated.
