【摘要】：中國的崛起勢不可擋,并已成為全球最為重要的地緣政治力量。美國的核心利益是全球霸權(quán),作為具有世界霸權(quán)地位的美國,必然要遏制中國的崛起。美國利用美日同盟,將日本當作制衡中國最重要的戰(zhàn)略棋子。中國主導的"亞洲的事務(wù)應(yīng)該由亞洲國家解決"的國際秩序新理念,是亞洲國家外交的共同愿望。中國外交當前最為重要的目標是瓦解美日同盟并使日本融入亞洲一體化進程,這就要求中日雙方靈活對待和正確處理歷史問題及島礁爭端。更為重要的是,當中日關(guān)系走向和睦,東亞一體化完成,可能會有一個超越既有世界體系的時刻,一個新的更為重大的歷史時刻可能會不期而至,即中日美俄以及歐洲也許會面臨一個更大的重塑世界體系的責任與機遇。
[Abstract]:China's rise is unstoppable and has become the world's most important geopolitical force.The core interest of the United States is global hegemony. As a hegemonic position, the United States must contain the rise of China.Using the alliance, the United States regards Japan as the most important strategic pawn to counterbalance China.The new idea of China's leading international order that Asian affairs should be settled by Asian countries is the common aspiration of Asian countries' diplomacy.The most important goal of China's diplomacy is to break up the US-Japan alliance and integrate Japan into the process of Asian integration, which requires China and Japan to deal flexibly with historical issues and disputes over islands and reefs.What is more important is that Sino-Japanese relations are moving towards rapprochement, and the completion of East Asian integration may have a moment that transcends the existing world system, and a new and more important historical moment may come unexpectedly.China, Japan, the United States, Russia and Europe may face a greater responsibility and opportunity to reshape the world system.
