【摘要】：日本是國際上對非洲援助的重要國家之一,研究日本對非洲的援助對中國未來國際援助的發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義。本文具體闡釋了日本對坦桑尼亞農業(yè)援助的政策、管理及實踐,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)其援助管理體系的系統(tǒng)化和專業(yè)化、重視與當?shù)貦C構的合作、注重項目可持續(xù)性等特點,對中國未來對非洲的農業(yè)援助具有重要的啟示性作用。
[Abstract]:Japan is one of the important countries in international aid to Africa, so it is of great significance to study Japan's aid to Africa for the development of China's future international aid.This paper expounds the policy, management and practice of Japan's agricultural aid to Tanzania, and finds that its aid management system is systematized and specialized, attaches importance to cooperation with local institutions, and pays attention to the sustainability of projects, etc.China's future agricultural aid to Africa has an important enlightening role.
