【摘要】：中國(guó)崛起是21世紀(jì)世界性議題,崛起方式的和平與否將對(duì)東亞秩序變動(dòng)產(chǎn)生深刻影響。從內(nèi)部來(lái)看,中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)中心主義、防御性現(xiàn)實(shí)主義政策與力量、內(nèi)斂的儒家文化以及非和平崛起的成本考慮決定了中國(guó)崛起是一種溫和理性的和平方式;從外部來(lái)講,目前由美國(guó)主導(dǎo)的東亞霸權(quán)秩序,具有諸多不合意性,利益沖突、信任赤字、資源爭(zhēng)奪、規(guī)制缺失和權(quán)力博弈是秩序失靈的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,增加了中國(guó)和平崛起的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。東亞秩序轉(zhuǎn)換的基本動(dòng)力來(lái)源于全球化、地區(qū)一體化、結(jié)構(gòu)性權(quán)力變動(dòng)和中國(guó)角色轉(zhuǎn)換。中國(guó)和平崛起為構(gòu)建東亞合作秩序注入積極的正能量。本文認(rèn)為,中國(guó)和平崛起雖然是對(duì)國(guó)強(qiáng)必霸的邏輯否定,但不會(huì)對(duì)現(xiàn)有東亞霸權(quán)秩序進(jìn)行顛覆性變革,漸進(jìn)構(gòu)建東亞合作秩序是中國(guó)和平崛起成本最小和收益最大的理性選擇。
[Abstract]:Chinese rise is twenty-first Century world issues, the rise of the way of peace and will have a profound impact on the East Asian order change. From the internal point of view, Chinese economic centrism, defensive realism and restrained policy strength, Confucian culture and non peaceful rise cost determines Chinese rise is a gentler way of peace; from the outside, currently dominated by the U.S. hegemony in East Asia order, has many undesirable, conflicts of interest, trust deficit, the scramble for resources, lack of regulation and the power game is the real dilemma in order to increase the risk of failure, Chinese peaceful rise. The basic power source of East Asian order conversion to globalization, regional integration, structural power changes and China role transformation. Chinese peaceful rise for the construction of East Asian cooperation in order to inject positive energy. This paper argues that although the peaceful rise of China Hegemony of the logical negation, but will not be disruptive to change the existing East Asian hegemony, the gradual construction of East Asia cooperation order is a rational choice of the minimum cost and maximum profit of China peaceful rise.
