【摘要】：古絲綢之路架起中國與土耳其聯(lián)系的橋梁。未來的新絲綢之路將把中國、中亞、土耳其以及歐洲連接起來,必將深化中土關系。2010年,中國和土耳其戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關系的建立,是兩國關系發(fā)展的新的里程碑。兩國將在上海合作組織機制下,在非傳統(tǒng)安全領域以及推動建立公正、民主、合理的國際政治經(jīng)濟新秩序上,有深層合作。文化年的舉辦以及人文交流的增多會增加兩國人民的互信和了解。當然,土耳其經(jīng)歷了自晚期奧斯曼帝國以來的多年西化進程,把自身定位于西方國家,其外交政策常常追隨與以美國為首的西方世界,這與中國的和平外交政策相悖。另外,作為北約成員,能否成為上海合作組織正式成員國也有不確定因素。但是2013年土耳其成為上海合作組織第三個對話伙伴國這一事實,就表明土耳其在加入歐盟遲遲未果的情況下,其外交政策發(fā)生了改變,"東向"外交是其戰(zhàn)略的調整。兩國戰(zhàn)略合作今后將會更加深入、具體。
[Abstract]:The ancient Silk Road will serve as a bridge between China and Turkey. The new Silk Road in the future will link China, Central Asia, Turkey and Europe to deepen China-Turkey relations. In 2010, the establishment of a strategic partnership between China and Turkey. It is a new milestone in the development of bilateral relations. Under the mechanism of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the two countries will promote the establishment of a just, democratic and rational new international political and economic order in the non-traditional security field. There is deep cooperation. The year of Culture and the increase in people-to-people exchanges will increase mutual trust and understanding between the two peoples. Of course, Turkey has gone through many years of westernization since the late Ottoman Empire, positioning itself as a Western country. Its foreign policy often follows the Western world led by the United States, which is contrary to China's foreign policy of peace. In addition, as a member of NATO, There is also uncertainty about becoming a full member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. But the fact that Turkey became the third dialogue partner of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2013 shows that Turkey has failed to join the European Union. Its foreign policy has changed, "eastward" diplomacy is the adjustment of its strategy. The strategic cooperation between the two countries will be more in-depth and specific in the future.
