【摘要】：改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)保持快速、持續(xù)發(fā)展,綜合國力不斷增強(qiáng),國際影響力與日俱增。我國的快速崛起引起了國際社會極大關(guān)注：中國將走什么樣的發(fā)展道路、以什么樣的方式影響世界?中國的發(fā)展壯大對世界是機(jī)遇還是威脅?一個強(qiáng)大的中國是否會引發(fā)新的戰(zhàn)爭?面對世界的疑惑與不安,需要我們作出明確的闡釋。同時(shí),經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的深入發(fā)展使各國經(jīng)濟(jì)相互依存,和平、合作、發(fā)展已成為時(shí)代潮流。面對新形勢,以胡錦濤為總書記的中國新一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人提出“和平發(fā)展道路”與“構(gòu)建和諧世界”兩大外交戰(zhàn)略思想,這兩大外交戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)成了系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)的胡錦濤和平外交思想體系,成為新時(shí)期指導(dǎo)中國外交的根本思想。和平發(fā)展道路體現(xiàn)了和平與發(fā)展的統(tǒng)一,其實(shí)質(zhì)是爭取和平的國際環(huán)境發(fā)展自己,同時(shí)又以自身的發(fā)展促進(jìn)世界和平；建設(shè)和諧世界的構(gòu)想是走和平發(fā)展道路的崇高目標(biāo),也是中國得以長期和平發(fā)展的外部條件,兩者具在內(nèi)在的必然的聯(lián)系。本文從三個方面對新時(shí)期和平外交思想進(jìn)行了探討： 第一章闡述了胡錦濤和平外交思想形成的時(shí)代背景與理論淵源。關(guān)于時(shí)代背景,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與世界多極化在曲折中深入發(fā)展；當(dāng)今世界存在諸多不和諧,需要和平外交思維；實(shí)行和平外交是國內(nèi)建設(shè)需要。關(guān)于理論淵源,馬列主義和平思想是胡錦濤和平思想的的理論基礎(chǔ)；中國傳統(tǒng)和文化是胡錦濤和平外交思想的文化基礎(chǔ)；新中國三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人和平外交思想是胡錦濤和平外交思想的直接理論來源。 第二章闡述了胡錦濤和平外交思想內(nèi)容。和平發(fā)展道路與和諧世界理念兩大外交戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)成了胡錦濤和平外交思想的科學(xué)體系,二者即有區(qū)別,又有內(nèi)在的必然的聯(lián)系。 第三章闡述胡錦濤和平外交思想的時(shí)代特色與時(shí)代價(jià)值。胡錦濤執(zhí)政以來,更加注重以人為本,積極有所作為,大力推行公共外交,形成了新時(shí)期獨(dú)具特色的中國外交。進(jìn)一步豐富和拓展了我國和平外交理論與實(shí)踐；為新興國家實(shí)現(xiàn)崛起提供了新模式,開辟了新道路；有利于駁斥甚囂塵上的“中國威脅論”,增進(jìn)世界對中國了解；提高了中國在國際上的話語權(quán),有利于提升中國的國家形象和國際影響力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained rapid and sustained development, comprehensive national strength has been increasing, and international influence is growing day by day.The rapid rise of our country has aroused great concern from the international community: what kind of development path will China take and in what way will it affect the world?Is China's growth an opportunity or a threat to the world?Will a strong China spark a new war?In the face of the world's doubts and uneasiness, we need to make a clear explanation.At the same time, with the development of economic globalization, economic interdependence, peace, cooperation and development have become the trend of the times.In the face of the new situation, the new generation of Chinese leaders, with Hu Jintao as general secretary, put forward two major diplomatic strategic ideas of "the road of peaceful development" and "building a harmonious world," which constitute a system.The scientific system of Hu Jintao's peaceful diplomacy has become the fundamental thought guiding China's diplomacy in the new period.It is also the external condition for China to develop peacefully for a long time.This paper probes into the thought of peace diplomacy in the new period from three aspects:The first chapter expounds the background and theoretical origin of Hu Jintao's thought of peaceful diplomacy.With regard to the background of the times, economic globalization and multipolarization of the world are developing in a tortuous and tortuous way; there are many discordances in the world today, which require peaceful diplomatic thinking; and the practice of peaceful diplomacy is the need of domestic construction.As for the theoretical origin, Marxism-Leninism peace thought is the theoretical basis of Hu Jintao's peace thought, Chinese tradition and culture are the cultural basis of Hu Jintao's peace diplomacy thought.The three generations of New China leaders' thought of peaceful diplomacy is the direct theoretical source of Hu Jintao's thought of peaceful diplomacy.The second chapter expounds Hu Jintao's thought of peaceful diplomacy.The two diplomatic strategies of peaceful development and harmonious world constitute the scientific system of Hu Jintao's thought of peaceful diplomacy.The third chapter expounds the epoch characteristics and times value of Hu Jintao's thought of peaceful diplomacy.Since Hu Jintao came to power, he has paid more attention to people-oriented, made positive achievements, vigorously promoted public diplomacy, and formed the unique Chinese diplomacy in the new period.It further enriches and expands the theory and practice of China's peaceful diplomacy, provides a new model and a new road for the rising of new countries, and is conducive to refuting the rampant theory of "China threat" and enhancing the world's understanding of China.It enhances China's right to speak internationally and promotes China's national image and international influence.
