【摘要】：近年來,中國和美國相對(duì)實(shí)力差距的不斷縮小已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今國際政治中最重要的議題。這種實(shí)力變化的趨勢(shì)對(duì)中美雙邊關(guān)系產(chǎn)生了直接而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。中美之間經(jīng)常爆發(fā)的�？帐录蜕羁痰胤从沉硕邔�(shí)力變化的事實(shí)。經(jīng)濟(jì)和軍事是國家實(shí)力中最重要的構(gòu)成要素,也是判斷中美實(shí)力變化的重要依據(jù)。基于國家實(shí)力變化的現(xiàn)實(shí),中美對(duì)各自的海洋戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了新調(diào)整和部署,以便更好地投放和運(yùn)用國家力量。在此過程中,中美�？樟α康慕佑|為海空事件的爆發(fā)賦予了深刻的權(quán)力政治意涵。另外,觀念沖突、秩序之爭、規(guī)則框架的缺失等都加劇了中美解決海空事件的困難程度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the narrowing of the relative power gap between China and the United States has become the most important issue in international politics.This trend of change in strength has had a direct and profound impact on bilateral relations between China and the United States.The frequent occurrences of air and sea incidents between China and the United States reflect profoundly the fact that their strength is changing.Economy and military are the most important elements of national strength, and also the important basis for judging the change of Chinese and American strength.Based on the reality of the change of national strength, China and the United States have made new adjustments and arrangements to their respective marine strategies in order to better put and use national strength.In the process, the contact between Chinese and American naval and air forces gave profound power and political implications to the outbreak of air and sea events.In addition, conflicts of ideas, conflicts of order and the absence of a framework of rules have exacerbated the difficulties in resolving air and sea incidents between China and the United States.
