【摘要】：中國社會科學(xué)領(lǐng)域北極研究的主要研究議題包括:北極氣候變化的全球影響、北極的國際法律地位問題、相關(guān)北極國家間主權(quán)爭端、北極地緣政治與身份構(gòu)建、北極全球治理與國際合作、聚焦北極政策的國別研究、北極航道、能源、安全及其他。顯著特征有:研究力量分散布局不均衡、投入偏少但近年有所突進、產(chǎn)出的國際影響力較受限、基礎(chǔ)研究弱理論創(chuàng)新不足。作為一個"未定之域",國內(nèi)不同北極行為體的細化研究、"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略與中國北極戰(zhàn)略的兼容性,以及北極國家研究,將是未來中國北極研究的可能方向。
[Abstract]:The main research topics in the field of Chinese social science include: the global impact of Arctic climate change, the international legal status of the Arctic, the sovereignty dispute between the relevant Arctic countries, the geopolitical and identity construction of the Arctic, Arctic global governance and international cooperation, country studies focusing on Arctic policy, Arctic waterways, energy, security, and others. The international influence of output is limited, the weak theoretical innovation of basic research is insufficient. As an "undetermined domain", the detailed study of different Arctic actors in China, the compatibility of "Belt and Road" strategy with China's Arctic strategy, and the study of Arctic countries, It will be the possible direction of Arctic research in China in the future.
