【摘要】：日朝關(guān)系正常化是日本兩大戰(zhàn)后遺留外交問題之一。從1991年開始,日朝雙方進行了13輪邦交正常化談判,但仍然無法促成兩國正式外交關(guān)系的確立,兩國之間尚有“經(jīng)濟協(xié)作問題”、“綁架日本人問題”和“核·遠(yuǎn)程導(dǎo)彈問題”三大難題阻礙著雙方建交的達(dá)成。而日韓關(guān)系正�；�(jīng)過14年艱苦談判在1965年得以成功建交。對比分析兩者的實踐過程與影響因素,可以為陷入僵局狀態(tài)的日朝邦交正�；峁┙梃b與啟示。當(dāng)前,日朝邦交正�；萑肜Ь�,深刻的歷史糾葛,復(fù)雜的國內(nèi)政治,以及緊張動蕩的東北亞國際局勢都將對兩國邦交正常化進程產(chǎn)生深刻的影響,日朝邦交正�；瘜⑹莾蓢囊粓鲩L期博弈,歷史經(jīng)驗證明,未來日朝關(guān)系正常化或可通過“秘密外交”和“首腦外交”打開局面。
[Abstract]:The normalization of Japan-DPRK relations is one of the diplomatic problems left over by Japan after the two World Wars. Since 1991, the two sides have conducted 13 rounds of negotiations on normalization of diplomatic relations, but they have still not been able to promote the establishment of formal diplomatic relations between the two countries. There are "problems of economic cooperation" between the two countries, "the abduction of the Japanese" and "the issue of nuclear long-range missiles" that hinder the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The normalization of relations between Japan and South Korea was achieved in 1965 after 14 years of arduous negotiations. Establishment of diplomatic relations. Comparative analysis of the practical process and influencing factors between the two, It can provide reference and enlightenment for the normalization of Japan-DPRK relations, which has reached an impasse. At present, the normalization of Japan-DPRK diplomatic relations is in a difficult position, with profound historical disputes, complicated domestic politics, The tense and turbulent international situation in Northeast Asia will have a profound impact on the process of normalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The normalization of Japan-DPRK relations will be a long-term game between the two countries. The normalization of Japanese-DPRK relations in the future may be opened up through secret diplomacy and summit diplomacy.
