【摘要】：中日實現(xiàn)邦交正�；两竦牡缆凡⒉黄教�。20世紀90年代前期,中日雙方盡管在臺灣問題、歷史問題、領土問題等方面產(chǎn)生過一些矛盾和摩擦,但本著和平友好條約的原則精神處理重大問題,友好合作仍是兩國關系的主流。90年代中期以后,日本政治右傾化加劇,開歷史倒車的濁浪泛起并不斷向整個社會擴散,兩國結(jié)構性矛盾凸顯,"致力于和平與發(fā)展的友好合作伙伴關系"和"戰(zhàn)略互惠關系",先后經(jīng)歷了嚴峻考驗。今天的中日兩國的戰(zhàn)略關系與真正意義上的民間和解仍在調(diào)試、變化、發(fā)展過程中。盡管日本并不希望看到中國逐步超越自己,但最終也只能接受這一客觀現(xiàn)實。面向未來的中日關系,雙方更需夯實新形勢下相互依存與合作的基礎,由此開創(chuàng)健康穩(wěn)定、和諧相處、互利共贏的新階段,造福于兩國人民、亞洲乃至世界。
[Abstract]:The road to normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan has not been smooth. In the early 1990s, although there were some contradictions and frictions between China and Japan on the Taiwan issue, historical issues, territorial issues, etc. However, in the spirit of the principles of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship, major issues have been dealt with. Friendly cooperation has remained the mainstream of the relations between the two countries since the mid-1990s. After the mid-1990s, the rightist turn of Japanese politics intensified, and the turbid wave of reversing history began to swell and spread to the whole society. The structural contradictions between the two countries have been highlighted. The "friendly and cooperative partnership for peace and development" and the "strategic reciprocal relationship" have undergone a severe test one after another. Today, the strategic relationship between China and Japan and the genuine folk reconciliation are still being debugged. In the process of change and development. Although Japan does not want to see China gradually surpass itself, it can only accept this objective reality in the end. In the face of future Sino-Japanese relations, the two sides need to consolidate the foundation of interdependence and cooperation in the new situation. This opens a new stage of healthy, stable, harmonious coexistence, mutual benefit and win-win situation, which will benefit the two peoples, Asia and the world.
