【摘要】：本文的題目是“俄羅斯與中國跨區(qū)域合作研究”。對(duì)俄羅斯和中國在邊境地區(qū)的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的狀況、合作的基礎(chǔ)、開發(fā)的主要項(xiàng)目、如何進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)合作，提出了自己的觀點(diǎn)，并提供了解決辦法。 俄羅斯和中國之間的關(guān)系到目前經(jīng)過了幾十年的穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。兩國在政治，經(jīng)濟(jì)，文化和安全等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行密切合作并已經(jīng)有一定的成果。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與跨區(qū)域合作加速發(fā)展的情況，俄中兩國的良好關(guān)系和永久友誼不會(huì)太大改變。 因此目前俄羅斯和中國全面開展各自邊境地區(qū)的發(fā)展。俄中兩國對(duì)毗鄰地區(qū)的合作都有共同的意愿和需求。兩國的目的有利于開展跨區(qū)域合作，互相幫忙，共同來推進(jìn)雙邊的政治，經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系，以及邊境地區(qū)狀況的繁榮。 但是，應(yīng)該看到俄中全面合作還面臨著許多問題，比如：中方的對(duì)外投資問題、東北地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的滯后問題，合作項(xiàng)目還停留在傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目上等等。而俄方由于正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)變動(dòng)，政策不大穩(wěn)定的時(shí)期，，有市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的問題，政策不穩(wěn)定的問題等等。兩國之間還仍然存在人民互不理解的壁壘。這些問題兩國未來幾年應(yīng)當(dāng)重視并解決。 本文在提出問題的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了俄中兩國在邊境地區(qū)合作發(fā)展的前景,從戰(zhàn)略的高度，以各自國家的優(yōu)勢展開深層次的合作。 由于本人的專業(yè)影響，本文試圖以國際政治角度為主來研究俄中兩國邊境地區(qū)合作帶來的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、友誼的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The title of this paper is "the study of Trans-regional Cooperation between Russia and China." the paper puts forward its own views on the status of political and economic cooperation between Russia and China in the border areas, the basis of cooperation, the main projects of development, and how to further promote cooperation. A solution is also provided. The relationship between Russia and China has now gone through decades of steady development. The two countries are in the political, economic, With the rapid development of economic globalization and trans-regional cooperation, the good relations and permanent friendship between Russia and China will not change much. Therefore, at present, Russia and China are fully developing their respective border areas. Russia and China both have common wishes and needs for cooperation in adjacent areas. The purpose of the two countries is conducive to cross-regional cooperation and mutual help. Work together to boost bilateral political, economic, and border prosperity. However, it should be noted that Russia and China still face many problems in their overall cooperation, such as the problem of China's outward investment and the lag in economic development in the Northeast region. Cooperation projects remain on traditional projects and so on. However, because Russia is in a period of economic changes and unstable policies, there are problems with the market economy system. Problems of policy instability and so on. There are still barriers between the two countries that people do not understand each other. These problems should be taken seriously and resolved in the coming years. On the basis of the questions raised, this paper puts forward the prospect of cooperation between Russia and China in the border areas, and from the strategic perspective, carries out the deep-level cooperation with the advantages of their respective countries. Because of my professional influence, this paper attempts to study the value of politics, economy, culture and friendship brought about by the cooperation between Russia and China in the border areas from the perspective of international politics.
