【摘要】：自薩科奇就任法國總統(tǒng)以來，國際局勢變化頻繁，而中法關(guān)系也是一波三折。在一年平穩(wěn)過渡期期間，中法兩國進(jìn)行了大量務(wù)實(shí)合作，成果豐厚。然而在此之后，法國發(fā)生了諸多事件，，極大地影響到2008至2009年中法關(guān)系的發(fā)展。接著，以2009年4月1日《中法新聞公報(bào)》發(fā)表為標(biāo)志，兩國關(guān)系又重新步入了良好發(fā)展的軌道，雙方在眾多國際問題上保持了緊密的合作，達(dá)成了許多共識(shí)。 中法關(guān)系這一戲劇性的發(fā)展不禁使人產(chǎn)生疑問：為什么薩科奇總統(tǒng)寧愿以犧牲中法關(guān)系為代價(jià)，用人權(quán)為借口干涉中國內(nèi)政？是什么原因致使中法在一年之后又重回良性發(fā)展的軌道？薩科奇改變其外交政策背后的動(dòng)因又是什么？本文試圖就這些問題做出回答。 為此，本文分析了以下四個(gè)方面：國際以及法國國內(nèi)局勢的變化、薩科奇?zhèn)�人的性格特點(diǎn)和中國對(duì)法國的態(tài)度。在此基礎(chǔ)上，文章認(rèn)為，法國追求大國地位、其在外交領(lǐng)域的實(shí)用主義，以及薩科奇的機(jī)會(huì)主義是解釋五年來中法關(guān)系起伏的最主要原因。
[Abstract]:Since Sarkozy took office as French president, the international situation has changed frequently, and Sino-French relations have been a lot of twists and turns. During the smooth transition period of one year, the two countries have conducted a lot of pragmatic cooperation, but after that, A number of events occurred in France, which greatly affected the development of Sino-French relations between 2008 and 2009.Then, with the publication of the Sino-French Press Communique on April 1, 2009, the relations between the two countries again entered the track of good development. The two sides have maintained close cooperation and reached consensus on many international issues. The dramatic development of Sino-French relations raises questions about why President Sarkozy would rather interfere in China's internal affairs under the pretext of human rights at the expense of Sino-French relations. What causes China and France to return to the track of benign development after a year? What is the motivation behind Mr Sarkozy's change in foreign policy? This paper attempts to answer these questions. Therefore, this paper analyzes the following four aspects: the changes in the international and domestic situation, Sarkozy's personal character and China's attitude towards France. On the basis of this, the article holds that France pursues the status of a great power. His pragmatism in diplomacy and Sarkozy's opportunism are the main reasons for the ups and downs of Sino-French relations over the past five years.
