【摘要】：G20應(yīng)在聯(lián)合國(guó)Post-2015發(fā)展議程中發(fā)揮協(xié)助性作用,把推動(dòng)更為平等的發(fā)展伙伴關(guān)系和以成果為導(dǎo)向的國(guó)際發(fā)展合作作為G20參與國(guó)際發(fā)展合作的重點(diǎn)。在聯(lián)合國(guó)Post-2015發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,G20應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注以下五方面問(wèn)題。一是協(xié)調(diào)立場(chǎng),推動(dòng)聯(lián)合國(guó)Post-2015達(dá)成共識(shí);二是成立全球發(fā)展理事會(huì),整合全球發(fā)展治理活動(dòng);三是抓住關(guān)鍵發(fā)展領(lǐng)域如基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等,為聯(lián)合國(guó)Post-2015發(fā)展議程作出切實(shí)貢獻(xiàn);四是廣泛聯(lián)絡(luò)地區(qū)性合作機(jī)制,為Post-2015發(fā)展議程尋求更多的地區(qū)力量支持;五是G20峰會(huì)框架下的B20可以為聯(lián)合國(guó)Post-2015發(fā)展議程提供支持。
[Abstract]:The G20 should play a supportive role in the UN Post-2015 development agenda, Regarding promoting a more equitable development partnership and results-oriented international development cooperation as the focus of G20 participation in international development cooperation. In the Post-2015 development process of the United Nations, the G20 should focus on the following five aspects: first, it should coordinate its position. To promote the United Nations Post-2015 to reach a consensus; second, to establish a global development council to integrate global development governance activities; third, to seize key development areas such as infrastructure construction, and to make concrete contributions to the UN Post-2015 development agenda; Fourth, extensive liaison with regional cooperation mechanisms to seek more regional support for the Post-2015 development agenda. Fifth, B20 under the framework of the G20 summit can provide support for the UN Post-2015 development agenda.
