【摘要】：正新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體執(zhí)政以來,中國對東南亞地區(qū)的大戰(zhàn)略思想主要包括命運(yùn)共同體戰(zhàn)略、21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路戰(zhàn)略、中國東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)升級版戰(zhàn)略、"2+7"戰(zhàn)略等。中國—東盟命運(yùn)共同體首先是生存、安全共同體,其次是發(fā)展共同體。21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路側(cè)重于以海洋航路為骨干和線索,輻射于周邊地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作。中國—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)升級版戰(zhàn)略
