【摘要】：新中國成立以來，張聞天在中國外交舞臺(tái)上工作了近十個(gè)春秋。在馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東、周恩來思想的引導(dǎo)下，在中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的熏陶下，，張聞天堅(jiān)定的執(zhí)行并發(fā)展了在新中國成立在伊始就倡導(dǎo)發(fā)展獨(dú)立自主和平的外交政策，在他的外交生涯中，進(jìn)行了富有傳奇色彩的外交實(shí)踐并形成了他獨(dú)具特色的外交思想。 本文主要從三個(gè)方面分析論述了張聞天的外交思想及外交實(shí)踐，第一部分是張聞天外交思想基于理論和外交實(shí)踐的形成，在冷戰(zhàn)的國際背景之下，中國外交處于開創(chuàng)時(shí)期，張聞天外交思想來源于廣泛的外交實(shí)踐和良好的個(gè)人素質(zhì)，同時(shí)受到中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的熏陶和世界先進(jìn)文化的影響，在馬列主義毛澤東思想、周恩來的外交引導(dǎo)下，其外交思想得以形成。第二部分是張聞天外交思想與外交實(shí)踐的主要內(nèi)容，在十年外交生涯中，曾擔(dān)任中國駐蘇聯(lián)大使、外交部副部長等重要職務(wù)；外交思想上，從他的國際戰(zhàn)略思想中倡導(dǎo)國家間平等交往、應(yīng)對(duì)國際關(guān)系問題上出現(xiàn)的“左”的傾向、促進(jìn)國際交流與發(fā)展國際合作的主張等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析論述；外交實(shí)踐上，從他對(duì)新中國駐外使館建設(shè)、對(duì)外交部的建設(shè)、促進(jìn)中國與蘇聯(lián)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化事業(yè)的發(fā)展等方面進(jìn)行分析論述。第三部分是張聞天外交思想和外交實(shí)踐的特點(diǎn)。在總結(jié)他的外交思想特點(diǎn)和外交實(shí)踐特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，分析總結(jié)出其外交思想的理論與實(shí)踐意義。 張聞天的外交思想與實(shí)踐具有現(xiàn)實(shí)性和前瞻性，系統(tǒng)研究分析他的外交理論，對(duì)當(dāng)代中國外交仍有著深刻的啟示和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, Zhang Wentian has worked on the Chinese diplomatic stage for nearly ten years. Under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong, Zhou Enlai, and under the influence of China's excellent traditional culture, Zhang Wentian firmly carried out and developed the foreign policy of advocating the development of independence and peace at the beginning of the founding of New China. In his diplomatic career, he carried on the legendary diplomatic practice and formed his unique diplomatic thought. This paper mainly analyzes Zhang Wentian's diplomatic thought and diplomatic practice from three aspects. The first part is the formation of Zhang Wentian's diplomatic thought based on theory and diplomatic practice. Under the international background of the Cold War, Chinese diplomacy is in a pioneering period. Zhang Wentian's diplomatic thought originates from extensive diplomatic practice and good personal quality, and is influenced by Chinese excellent traditional culture and world advanced culture. Under the guidance of Marxism-Leninist Mao Zedong thought and Zhou Enlai's diplomacy, The second part is the main content of Zhang Wentian's diplomatic thought and practice. In his ten years of diplomatic career, he served as China's ambassador to the Soviet Union, deputy foreign minister, and other important posts. From his international strategic thought, he advocates equal exchanges between countries, should have the tendency of "left" in international relations, promotes international exchange and development of international cooperation, and so on. From his construction of new Chinese embassies abroad and the construction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The third part is the characteristics of Zhang Wentian's diplomatic thought and practice. Analyze and summarize the theoretical and practical significance of his diplomatic thought. Zhang Wentian's diplomatic thought and practice are realistic and forward-looking. The systematic study and analysis of his diplomatic theory still has profound enlightenment and reference significance to contemporary Chinese diplomacy.
