【摘要】：中美關(guān)系作為世界上最復(fù)雜、也是最重要的雙邊關(guān)系之一,對(duì)地區(qū)乃至全球局勢(shì)的發(fā)展與變化都有著重要的作用。中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展與美國(guó)對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略有著密不可分的聯(lián)系,因此,對(duì)美國(guó)對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略的研究向來(lái)是學(xué)術(shù)界研究的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。 隨著國(guó)際形勢(shì)的變化,美國(guó)政府的更迭,美國(guó)對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略也在不斷調(diào)整當(dāng)中。如何通過(guò)美國(guó)對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略透析美國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及定位、對(duì)華態(tài)度與政策導(dǎo)向,把脈未來(lái)的中美關(guān)系則是本文展開(kāi)研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。 本文將就奧巴馬政府上任以來(lái)的美國(guó)對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整及未來(lái)發(fā)展展開(kāi)分析。通過(guò)美國(guó)戰(zhàn)略利益及戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的界定,美國(guó)全球及亞太地區(qū)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)施,得出美國(guó)對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略的根本出發(fā)點(diǎn)。通過(guò)對(duì)小布什政府及奧巴馬政府對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略的對(duì)比分析,得出后者對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略的特點(diǎn),并分析這一戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的深層次原因。通過(guò)調(diào)查綜合分析奧巴馬政府未來(lái)對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略的三個(gè)主要維度,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出未來(lái)美國(guó)對(duì)華戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的幾點(diǎn)思考。
[Abstract]:As one of the most complex and important bilateral relations in the world, Sino-US relations play an important role in the development and change of the regional and even global situation. The study of American strategy towards China has always been the focus of academic research. With the changes in the international situation and the change of the US government, the US strategy towards China is also constantly being adjusted. How to analyze the US strategic objectives and positioning towards China, its attitude towards China and its policy direction through the US strategy towards China? Looking at the future of Sino-American relations is the starting point of this study. This paper will analyze the adjustment and future development of the US strategy towards China since the Obama administration took office. Through the definition of the US strategic interests and strategic objectives, the implementation of the US global and Asia-Pacific strategic objectives will be carried out. Through the comparative analysis of the Bush administration and the Obama administration's strategy towards China, we can draw the characteristics of the latter's strategy towards China. This paper analyzes the deep reasons of this strategic adjustment, analyzes the three main dimensions of Obama administration's future strategy towards China through investigation, and puts forward some thoughts on the future development of American strategy towards China.
