【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái),國(guó)際形勢(shì)已經(jīng)和正在發(fā)生著深刻的變化。復(fù)雜多變的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì),既為我們提供了機(jī)遇,也對(duì)我們提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。 歷史和現(xiàn)實(shí)清楚地表明：傳統(tǒng)的冷戰(zhàn)雖然已經(jīng)終結(jié),但是西方國(guó)家的冷戰(zhàn)思維并沒(méi)有終結(jié),西方資本主義國(guó)家也從來(lái)沒(méi)有停止過(guò)對(duì)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家和廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家的和平演變,他們推行的和平演變戰(zhàn)略過(guò)去是、現(xiàn)在仍然是影響執(zhí)政安全、危害社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、擾亂社會(huì)和諧的重要因素。而且這一戰(zhàn)略在全球化的經(jīng)濟(jì)表象掩蓋下更具有迷惑性、欺騙性。因此防止和平演變具有前所未有的緊迫性和重要性,而且這場(chǎng)斗爭(zhēng)還有其必然性和長(zhǎng)期性的特點(diǎn)。 基于以上的現(xiàn)狀,本文試圖在總結(jié)西方資本主義國(guó)家和平演變戰(zhàn)略新特征的基礎(chǔ)上,研究新時(shí)期我黨面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)采取的對(duì)策以及現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。 研究框架除前言和結(jié)語(yǔ)外分為三章： 第一章揭示西方資本主義國(guó)家和平演變戰(zhàn)略的變遷及其對(duì)中國(guó)的影響。這部分沿著兩條線(xiàn)索展開(kāi),一是回顧冷戰(zhàn)前后西方資本主義國(guó)家和平演變戰(zhàn)略思想；二是新時(shí)期以美國(guó)為首的資本主義國(guó)家推動(dòng)顏色革命的現(xiàn)實(shí)危險(xiǎn)；從現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)揭示了西方對(duì)中國(guó)實(shí)施和平演變戰(zhàn)略的新一輪表現(xiàn)。 第二章考察中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨防止和平演變的實(shí)踐與成效,客觀(guān)中肯的分析了歷史上中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨防止和平演變的主要成績(jī)與問(wèn)題。 第三章分析中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨面對(duì)新和平演變時(shí)采取的對(duì)策,在反思和總結(jié)中得出中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨應(yīng)如何對(duì)待新時(shí)期和平演變戰(zhàn)略的有益啟示。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, the international situation has undergone and is undergoing profound changes. The complex and changeable international and domestic situations have provided us with both opportunities and severe challenges. History and reality clearly show that although the traditional Cold War has ended, the Cold War mentality of the Western countries has not ended. Western capitalist countries have never stopped the peaceful evolution of socialist countries and the vast number of developing countries. Their strategy of peaceful evolution was, and still is, affecting the ruling security and endangering social stability. An important factor disrupting social harmony... and that strategy is all the more misleading and deceptive under the economic manifestations of globalization... therefore, preventing the evolution of peace is of unprecedented urgency and importance, Moreover, this struggle has its inevitability and long-term character. Based on the above situation, this paper attempts to summarize the new characteristics of the western capitalist countries' peaceful evolution strategy, and study the countermeasures and practical enlightenment of our Party in the new period in the face of challenges. The research framework is divided into three chapters in addition to the preface and conclusion:. The first chapter reveals the changes of the western capitalist countries' peaceful evolution strategy and its influence on China. The first part is to review the western capitalist countries' strategic ideas of peaceful evolution before and after the Cold War. The second is the realistic danger of promoting color revolution in the capitalist countries led by the United States in the new period, which reveals the new performance of the western peaceful evolution strategy towards China from the point of view of reality. The second chapter examines the practice and effect of the CPC in preventing the peaceful evolution, and analyzes the main achievements and problems of the CPC in the history of preventing the peaceful evolution. The third chapter analyzes the countermeasures taken by the Communist Party of China in the face of the new peaceful evolution, and concludes the beneficial enlightenment of how the CPC should treat the strategy of peaceful evolution in the new period.
