【摘要】：正基于地理決定論的國家安全觀就是圍繞控制地理空間資源,擁有最大化的陸權(quán)、海權(quán)、空權(quán)及太空權(quán)而展開的。依此地理論形成的國家安全觀之最大特點(diǎn)之一是,強(qiáng)調(diào)地理位置、地理空間、資源多寡及地形地貌等因素對(duì)于國家安全的重要意義。而心理因素是人類與自然的媒介和一切行為的指導(dǎo)者,心理因素是隨不同社會(huì)和時(shí)代而變遷的,人
[Abstract]:The concept of national security, which is based on geographical determinism, revolves around the control of geospatial resources and the maximization of land, sea, air and space rights. One of the greatest features of the national security concept based on the local theory is that. Emphasizing the importance to national security of such factors as geographical location, geographical space, amount of resources and topography and geomorphology, and that psychological factors are the medium of human beings and nature and the guide of all behaviour, Psychological factors change with different societies and times.
