【摘要】：日本與中國(guó)、韓國(guó)和俄羅斯分別在釣魚島、獨(dú)島和南千島群島的主權(quán)歸屬上存在爭(zhēng)議。近年來,日本在應(yīng)對(duì)這三組島嶼爭(zhēng)端時(shí),政策的強(qiáng)硬程度明顯不同。這種差別主要源自日本對(duì)島嶼爭(zhēng)端對(duì)象國(guó)持有不同的情感動(dòng)機(jī),而島嶼爭(zhēng)端不過是其宣泄或表達(dá)這些情感的一個(gè)出發(fā)口。根據(jù)來源的差別,這種情感動(dòng)機(jī)可以區(qū)分為兩種——地位焦慮和歷史壓抑。前者是指日本基于與島嶼爭(zhēng)端對(duì)象國(guó)在現(xiàn)實(shí)層面的地位比較所產(chǎn)生的焦慮情緒,而后者源自日本與爭(zhēng)端對(duì)象國(guó)圍繞歷史問題所產(chǎn)生的復(fù)雜糾葛。面對(duì)不同的島嶼爭(zhēng)端對(duì)象國(guó),日本體驗(yàn)到的地位焦慮和歷史壓抑強(qiáng)度有所不同。就地位焦慮而言,日本近年來對(duì)中國(guó)的焦慮程度較高并不斷上升,而對(duì)于韓國(guó)和俄羅斯的地位焦慮程度較低,由高到低依次為對(duì)中、對(duì)俄和對(duì)韓;就歷史壓抑而言,日本對(duì)中國(guó)和韓國(guó)的壓抑程度較高且有所上升,而對(duì)俄羅斯程度較低,由高到低依次為對(duì)中、對(duì)韓、對(duì)俄。由于日本面對(duì)不同的島嶼爭(zhēng)端國(guó)所具有的情感狀態(tài)有明顯不同,導(dǎo)致其在處理與這些對(duì)象國(guó)的島嶼爭(zhēng)端時(shí)的政策明顯不同:日本在釣魚島、獨(dú)島和南千島群島問題上的政策反應(yīng)激烈程度從高到低次第降低。明晰日本在與鄰國(guó)島嶼爭(zhēng)端中的情感動(dòng)機(jī),有助于把握日本島嶼爭(zhēng)端政策的變化及其發(fā)展前景,并對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)界從理論上初步明晰情感在島嶼爭(zhēng)端中的作用有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Japan has disputes with China, South Korea and Russia over sovereignty over the Diaoyu Islands, Dokdo Islands and the South Kuril Islands. In recent years, Japan has dealt with these three groups of islands. The degree of firmness of policy is markedly different. This difference stems mainly from the different emotional motives of Japan with regard to the countries to which the island dispute is directed, which is but a starting point for its catharsis or expression of those feelings. Depending on the source, This emotional motivation can be divided into two types-status anxiety, which is based on a realistic comparison of Japan's status with the object of the island dispute, and historical repression, The latter comes from the complex disputes between Japan and the countries that are the object of the dispute over historical issues. In the face of different island dispute countries, Japan experiences different levels of status anxiety and historical repression. In terms of status anxiety, In recent years, Japan's anxiety about China is high and rising, while for South Korea and Russia, the anxiety level of status is relatively low, from high to low is China, Russia and South Korea; in terms of historical repression, Japan's degree of repression towards China and South Korea is high and rising, while for Russia, the degree is lower, from high to low in order of middle, toward South Korea and toward Russia. Because Japan has different emotional states in the face of different island dispute countries, That led to a clear difference in its policy in dealing with the islands dispute with these target countries: Japan was on the Diaoyu Islands, The intensity of the policy response on the issues of Dokdo and the South Kuril Islands has been reduced from high to low. A clear understanding of Japan's emotional motives in the dispute with neighbouring islands will help to grasp the changes in the policy of the Japanese island dispute and its prospects for development, It is beneficial to the academic circles to clarify the role of emotion in the island dispute theoretically.
