【摘要】：本文主要論述了塔吉克斯坦與中國在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全與文化教育領(lǐng)域關(guān)系的發(fā)展情況，在介紹獨(dú)立后的塔吉克斯坦與中國確立和發(fā)展外交關(guān)系的同時，也回顧了古代文化領(lǐng)域的交流情況。 獨(dú)立后的塔吉克斯坦曾陷入內(nèi)戰(zhàn)，國民經(jīng)濟(jì)遭受重創(chuàng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)和平后，塔吉克斯坦迫切需要發(fā)展對外合作以恢復(fù)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)。中國給塔吉克斯坦提供了有力的支持，同塔在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域展開了一系列的合作，為恢復(fù)塔國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)和維護(hù)國家安全做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。 上海合作組織是塔中關(guān)系的重要組成部分。在上合組織框架下，兩國在打擊際恐怖主義、民族分裂和分離主義（簡稱三股勢力）的斗爭中進(jìn)行了密切合作。這為維護(hù)獨(dú)立后的塔國家安全提供了強(qiáng)有力的保障，，也增強(qiáng)了中國西北邊境的安全。上合組織在解決地區(qū)問題上的出色表現(xiàn)得到了國際社會的認(rèn)可，也提高了成員國的國際地位。 中國已成為塔對外關(guān)系中優(yōu)先發(fā)展的對象，這不僅由兩國相鄰的地理位置決定的，也是由兩國對區(qū)域和國際問題所持的一致立場所決定。進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系，符合塔吉克斯坦的利益，因?yàn)橹腥A人民共和國是可靠和穩(wěn)定的合作伙伴。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the development of the relations between Tajikistan and China in the fields of politics, economy, security, culture and education, and introduces the establishment and development of diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and China after independence. It also reviews the exchange of ancient culture. After the establishment of domestic peace, Tajikistan urgently needs to develop foreign cooperation to restore the national economy. China has provided Tajikistan with strong support. The Towers have carried out a series of cooperation in the economic field, which has made important contributions to restoring the domestic economy and safeguarding national security. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization is an important part of relations between Tajikistan and China. Within the framework of the SCO, the two countries are fighting international terrorism. Close cooperation has been carried out in the struggle between ethnic separatism and separatism, which provides a strong guarantee for the national security of the country after independence. The SCO's outstanding performance in solving regional problems has been recognized by the international community and has enhanced the international status of its member states. China has become the target of priority development in Tajikistan's foreign relations, which is determined not only by the geographical location of the two countries, but also by the unanimous position held by the two countries on regional and international issues, so as to further strengthen economic ties with China. In Tajikistan's interest, the people's Republic of China is a reliable and stable partner.
