【摘要】： 近年來,隨著中國國力的增強(qiáng)及“和諧世界”外交戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,尤其是睦鄰?fù)饨徽叩耐菩?中國在國際上的軟實(shí)力逐漸上升。對于中國軟實(shí)力或華僑華人問題的各自探討雖早已受到學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注,但目前還沒有學(xué)者從華僑華人角度來探討中國軟實(shí)力。本文試作這方面的初步嘗試,以印尼作為案例,首先從中印尼關(guān)系發(fā)展歷程出發(fā),從中提煉出不同時(shí)期中國軟實(shí)力在印尼的特點(diǎn)及表現(xiàn),然后重點(diǎn)闡述了華僑華人對中國在印尼軟實(shí)力提升中的推動(dòng)作用,全面論述了華僑華人在其中發(fā)揮作用所面臨的困難與挑戰(zhàn),為華僑華人更好地在當(dāng)?shù)厣婧桶l(fā)展,為我國外交、僑務(wù)部門開展在印尼的軟實(shí)力工作提供參考意見和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the strengthening of China's national strength and the implementation of the "harmonious world" diplomatic strategy, especially the implementation of the foreign policy of good-neighbourliness, China's soft power in the international arena is gradually rising. Although the respective discussions on China's soft power or the issue of overseas Chinese and ethnic Chinese have long attracted the attention of the academic community, However, at present, no scholars have explored China's soft power from the perspective of overseas Chinese. This paper tries to make a preliminary attempt in this respect, taking Indonesia as a case, starting from the development of Sino-Indonesian relations. The characteristics and performance of China's soft power in Indonesia in different periods were extracted from China, and then the role of overseas Chinese in promoting China's promotion of soft power in Indonesia was expounded. This paper comprehensively discusses the difficulties and challenges that the overseas Chinese and Chinese people face in playing a role in it, and provides reference and suggestions for the better survival and development of the overseas Chinese in the local area and for the development of the soft power work in Indonesia by the Chinese diplomatic and overseas Chinese Affairs departments.
