【摘要】：隨著中美兩國(guó)在東南亞的經(jīng)濟(jì)政治競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,緬甸對(duì)華政策所面臨的收益與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)顯著上升,迫使其采取既能規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)又能獲取收益的混合對(duì)華政策。同時(shí),由于持續(xù)融入國(guó)際社會(huì),緬甸對(duì)外國(guó)的不信任以及民族中心主義傾向進(jìn)一步減弱,其戰(zhàn)略文化中的對(duì)外抵制元素也隨之減弱。而緬甸利己主義的持續(xù)存在以及地緣戰(zhàn)略地位的上升則提升了緬甸戰(zhàn)略文化中的對(duì)外合作元素。因此,在中美在東南亞的經(jīng)濟(jì)政治競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇、緬甸戰(zhàn)略文化中合作意愿增強(qiáng)的背景下,緬甸加強(qiáng)了與中國(guó)的接觸以獲取收益并減輕中國(guó)的疑慮,維持與中國(guó)的穩(wěn)定關(guān)系;同時(shí),緬甸逐步發(fā)展與美國(guó)等其他國(guó)家的關(guān)系來(lái)獲取收益,以適當(dāng)平衡中國(guó)的影響力。
[Abstract]:As the two countries in Southeast Asia's economic and political competition, increase the income and risk faced by Burma's China policy, forcing it to take the mixed policy can avoid the risk and obtain benefits. At the same time, due to the continued integration into the international community, Burma on the distrust and itsmeasurement foreign further weakened against foreign elements the strategic culture also decreased. While Burma continues to rise and self-interest of the geo strategic position is to enhance the cooperation with foreign elements in Burma's strategic culture. Therefore, in the intensified economic and political competition between China and the United States in Southeast Asia, Burma's strategic culture in cooperation will enhance the background, Burma is strengthening and Chinese contact in order to obtain benefits and reduce China doubts, maintain a stable relationship with China; at the same time, Burma gradually developed relations with the United States and other countries To gain revenue to properly balance the influence of China.
