【摘要】：20世紀(jì)五六十年代中國(guó)對(duì)在新疆的巴基斯坦僑民和阿富汗僑民的政策幾經(jīng)調(diào)整。新中國(guó)成立初期,鑒于大多數(shù)巴基斯坦僑民和阿富汗僑民為中外混血兒,持有效國(guó)籍證件者少,且愿意加入中國(guó)國(guó)籍,中國(guó)政府采取了爭(zhēng)取他們自愿加入中國(guó)國(guó)籍的政策。三大改造后直到1959年底,部分"入籍外僑"要求退籍,中國(guó)與巴基斯坦政府關(guān)于外僑問題發(fā)生分歧,對(duì)此,中國(guó)政府主要采取了教育和挽留的政策。1960年后,為改變中國(guó)在外交上的被動(dòng)與孤立局面,中國(guó)政府開始與巴基斯坦和阿富汗兩國(guó)協(xié)商解決外僑問題。
[Abstract]:In twentieth Century 50s and 60s China on policy in Xinjiang and Afghanistan Pakistan nationals expatriate adjustment. After the founding of new Chinese, given that most emigrants from Pakistan and Afghanistan for the Chinese and foreign nationals hybrids, valid documents of nationality, and are willing to join the Chinese nationality, Chinese adopted by the government for their voluntary China nationality policy. After three major transformation until the end of 1959, part of the "naturalized aliens" requiring withdrawal of nationality, Chinese and Pakistan government on the issue of aliens disagreement, in this regard, education and retention policy China.1960 years after the government took to change Chinese in diplomacy, passive and isolated situation, the government began to solve the issue of aliens Chinese with Pakistan and Afghanistan bilateral negotiation.
