【摘要】：世界逐漸意識到,中國正在成為一個(gè)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)超級大國。在過去大約15年的時(shí)間內(nèi),中國已從一個(gè)沉睡的、內(nèi)向的龐大國家轉(zhuǎn)變成為一個(gè)對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)有著重大意義的、充滿活力的經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國。目前,全球各國普遍陷入經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退,而中國則是唯一一個(gè)迅速發(fā)展的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體。世界戰(zhàn)略重心已開始轉(zhuǎn)向中國,國際關(guān)系中傳統(tǒng)的勢力均衡體系因而也產(chǎn)生了根本性變化。在政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域,中國都已成為冉冉上升的明星。中國古時(shí)候就是一個(gè)強(qiáng)盛的國家,那時(shí)的中國人因而已習(xí)慣于認(rèn)為自己的國家就是中央王國,或中國。就所有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而言,這個(gè)國家確實(shí)是個(gè)巨無霸�，F(xiàn)在,由于中國對全球經(jīng)濟(jì)與權(quán)力均衡體系的巨大影響,它又一次成為世界矚目的焦點(diǎn)。 作為一名土耳其的公民,我決定將土耳其作為研究的案例,因?yàn)閷ξ襾碚f,從土耳其的視角看待中國是相當(dāng)有趣的。雖然土耳其與中國分別位于亞洲的東西兩端,但廣闊的歐亞大陸將兩國緊密地聯(lián)系在一起。在漫長的歷史中,兩國相互交往,相互影響。為了更好地了解土耳其的認(rèn)知,我研究了中土關(guān)系史,因?yàn)椤斑^去決定未來”。我還將重點(diǎn)放在經(jīng)濟(jì)與政治方面,因?yàn)槲蚁嘈哦呤遣豢煞指畹�。因�?我主要通過兩國的外交與經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系來研究土耳其的認(rèn)知,因?yàn)樵谖铱磥?兩國相互關(guān)系乃是塑造土耳其認(rèn)知的最重要因素。為了具體分析土中關(guān)系,我參考了多方面的資料,包括訪談記錄、專欄、文章、書籍、報(bào)紙、會議、演講等。我注意到,對土耳其而言,要維護(hù)本國的經(jīng)濟(jì)與政治利益,中國乃是一個(gè)相當(dāng)重要的國家。中國是聯(lián)合國安理會成員,這一事實(shí)使土耳其認(rèn)為,中國可以在許多國際問題上支持土耳其。土耳其對中國感興趣的另外一個(gè)主要原因是,中國是個(gè)迅速發(fā)展的龐大國家,土耳其甚為希望能在中國市場中占有一個(gè)份額。 然而,在過去20年來,土耳其在處理對華關(guān)系時(shí)卻遇到了未曾預(yù)期的困難。其主要原因乃在于土中兩國不同的外交政策、持續(xù)增長的貿(mào)易逆差,以及東突問題。不過,所有這些困難并沒有改變土耳其對中國的主要認(rèn)知。我的研究結(jié)果表明,土耳其仍然認(rèn)為中國及其崛起乃是一個(gè)機(jī)遇。與其他一些學(xué)者不同,我個(gè)人認(rèn)為如果土耳其與中國能夠以積極的方式,采取適當(dāng)?shù)恼邅砜朔F(xiàn)有的問題,土中兩國就有可能成為戰(zhàn)略伙伴�；谶@些考慮,我認(rèn)為中國是土耳其的一個(gè)潛在合作伙伴
[Abstract]:The world has come to realize that China is becoming a new economic superpower. In the past 15 years or so, China has transformed itself from a sleeping, introverted and large country into one of great significance to the world economy. Dynamic economic power. At present, the world is in a general recession, and China is the only rapidly growing major economy. The strategic focus of the world has begun to shift to China. The traditional balance of power system in international relations has thus undergone fundamental changes. In both the political and economic fields, China has become a rising star. China was a powerful country in ancient times. So the Chinese were used to thinking that their country was the Middle Kingdom, or China. By all standards, this country was really a giant. Now, because of China's huge influence on the global economy and the balance of power system, It has once again become the focus of the world's attention. As a citizen of Turkey, I decided to use Turkey as a case study because for me, it's quite interesting to look at China from a Turkish perspective, even though Turkey and China are at the east and west ends of Asia, respectively. But the vast Eurasian continent has brought the two countries together. Throughout their long history, the two countries have interacted and influenced each other. In order to better understand the knowledge of Turkey, I have studied the history of Sino-Turkish relations. Because "the past determines the future"... I also focus on the economic and political aspects, because I believe the two are inseparable. Therefore, I study Turkish perception mainly through the diplomatic and economic relations between the two countries, because in my opinion, The relationship between the two countries is the most important factor shaping Turkey's perception. In order to make a concrete analysis of Turkish-China relations, I have consulted a wide range of materials, including interview notes, columns, articles, books, newspapers, conferences, speeches, and so on. For Turkey, to safeguard its economic and political interests, China is a very important country. The fact that China is a member of the UN Security Council makes Turkey think that. China can support Turkey on many international issues. Another major reason Turkey is interested in China is that China is a rapidly growing country and Turkey is keen to gain a share of the Chinese market. However, in the past 20 years, Turkey has encountered unexpected difficulties in handling its relations with China. The main reasons are the different foreign policies of the two countries, the growing trade deficit and the problems of East Turkistan. All these difficulties have not changed Turkey's main perception of China. My findings show that Turkey still sees China and its rise as an opportunity. Unlike some other scholars, I personally believe that if Turkey and China can adopt appropriate policies to overcome existing problems in a positive way, Turkey and China could become strategic partners... based on these considerations, I think China is a potential partner of Turkey.
