【摘要】：中美兩國關(guān)系是當(dāng)今世界最為重要的雙邊關(guān)系之一。在克林頓總統(tǒng)執(zhí)政的八年,中美兩國關(guān)系曲折發(fā)展,逐漸走向成熟。克林頓政府的對華“接觸”政策是在“冷戰(zhàn)”結(jié)束以后的國際大背景下,美國政府制定的第一個真正意義上的對華政策。因而,“接觸”政策對“冷戰(zhàn)”結(jié)束以后歷屆美國政府制定對華政策起了指導(dǎo)性的作用。對克林頓政府的對華“接觸”政策進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究和考察是為了使得我們更好地把握中美兩國關(guān)系的未來走向。該論文對克林頓政府的對華“接觸”政策進(jìn)行了梳理,力圖把克林頓政府的對華“接觸”政策放置于兩極格局結(jié)束后的宏觀大背景下,從克林頓政府的對華“接觸”政策的微觀層面來分析“接觸”政策出臺的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實原因、內(nèi)涵和實質(zhì)、具體實施、相關(guān)影響因素以及“接觸”政策對中美兩國關(guān)系未來發(fā)展的走向有何影響,從而使得我們以積極主動的姿態(tài)應(yīng)對中美兩國關(guān)系的曲折變化。
[Abstract]:Sino-US relations are one of the most important bilateral relations in the world today. During the eight years of President Clinton's administration, Sino-US relations have developed zigzag. Gradually maturing. The Clinton administration's policy of "engagement" with China is in the international context after the end of the "Cold War." The first true China policy formulated by the United States Government. Therefore, the policy of "engagement" has played a guiding role in the formulation of China policy by successive US governments since the end of the Cold War. The purpose of this paper is to better understand the future direction of Sino-US relations. This paper combs the Clinton administration's "engagement" policy towards China. This paper tries to put the Clinton administration's "contact" policy towards China under the macro background after the end of the bipolar pattern, and analyzes the theoretical basis and practical reasons of the "engagement" policy from the micro level of the Clinton administration's "engagement" policy towards China. The connotation and essence, the concrete implementation, the relevant influencing factors and the "engagement" policy have any influence on the future development of Sino-US relations, so that we can deal with the twists and turns of Sino-US relations with a proactive attitude.
