【摘要】：越南統(tǒng)一后,對我國南沙群島、西沙群島及相關(guān)海域提出主權(quán)要求,并不斷出臺法律和政策措施鼓勵漁民赴南海侵漁以"宣示"其所謂的主權(quán)。越南的南海侵漁政策無疑是對我國南海權(quán)益的侵犯,增加了我國南海維權(quán)的復(fù)雜性、艱巨性。我國應(yīng)采取措施針鋒相對,及時揭露越南南海侵漁政策的目的、企圖;加強海上漁業(yè)執(zhí)法隊伍建設(shè),嚴格執(zhí)法;發(fā)揮我國漁民在維護南海權(quán)益中的作用,切實有效維護南海權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:After the reunification of Vietnam, it made a claim for sovereignty over China's Nansha Islands, Xisha Islands and related sea areas, And continue to introduce laws and policies and measures to encourage fishermen to "declare" their so-called sovereignty over fishing in the South China Sea. Vietnam's fishing policy in the South China Sea is undoubtedly an infringement of China's rights and interests in the South China Sea, increasing the complexity of China's rights and interests in the South China Sea. Arduous. China should take measures to tit-for-tat, promptly expose the purpose of Vietnam's South China Sea fishing policy, attempt to strengthen the construction of maritime fishery law enforcement team, strictly enforce the law, and give play to the role of Chinese fishermen in safeguarding the rights and interests of the South China Sea. To effectively safeguard the rights and interests of the South China Sea.
