【摘要】： 印度是聯(lián)合國創(chuàng)始成員國之一。自獨立以來,印度對聯(lián)合國的參與就較為積極和活躍。印度聯(lián)合國外交的發(fā)展可以分為三個不同的階段,分別是獨立初期印度的聯(lián)合國外交、中印邊境戰(zhàn)爭至冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束時期印度的聯(lián)合國外交、冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束之后印度的聯(lián)合國外交。在不同的歷史階段,與當(dāng)時的國際環(huán)境和印度整體外交相適應(yīng),印度的聯(lián)合國外交具有不同的表現(xiàn)和時代特點�？傮w來看,半個多世紀以來印度聯(lián)合國外交的發(fā)展,既經(jīng)歷了理想主義外交向現(xiàn)實主義外交的轉(zhuǎn)變、也經(jīng)歷了從獨立自主外交到和蘇聯(lián)準(zhǔn)結(jié)盟再向獨立自主回歸的坎坷,但大國意識和大國心態(tài)始終伴隨著印度聯(lián)合國外交的發(fā)展過程,印度也將聯(lián)合國外交作為其處理與國際體系關(guān)系并進而融入國際體系的重要手段。
[Abstract]:India is one of the founding members of the United Nations. Since independence, India's participation in the United Nations has been more active and active. The development of India's United Nations diplomacy can be divided into three different stages, namely, India's United Nations diplomacy in the early days of independence. India's UN diplomacy during the Sino-Indian Border War to the end of the Cold War, and India's UN diplomacy after the Cold War. At different historical stages, it was adapted to the international environment at that time and to India's overall diplomacy. India's United Nations diplomacy has different manifestations and characteristics of the times. In general, the development of Indian United Nations diplomacy in the past half century has undergone a transformation from idealistic diplomacy to realistic diplomacy. It has also experienced the ups and downs from independent diplomacy to quasi-alliance with the Soviet Union and the return to independence, but the consciousness and mentality of great powers have always been accompanied by the development of India's United Nations diplomacy. India also regards United Nations diplomacy as an important means of its relations with and further integration into the international system.
