【摘要】：毛澤東是我國(guó)偉大的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命家、軍事家、思想家,在新中國(guó)的建設(shè)與發(fā)展中做出了卓越貢獻(xiàn)。毛澤東也是偉大的政治家,敏銳性比較高,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國(guó)革命的過(guò)程中,他一直關(guān)注著國(guó)際上的風(fēng)云變幻,其中,美國(guó)作為世界上的超級(jí)大國(guó),是他一直關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。毛澤東所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨和美國(guó)政府之間的關(guān)系錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜、瞬息萬(wàn)變,但毛澤東以其杰出的政治才能,準(zhǔn)確地把握著二者之間的關(guān)系,為現(xiàn)在我們處理中美關(guān)系留下了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。認(rèn)真研究毛澤東在對(duì)美外交方面的戰(zhàn)略思想與政策,能夠幫助我們正確地制定與調(diào)整新時(shí)期的對(duì)美外交政策,為發(fā)展中的中美關(guān)系提供一些歷史借鑒。 全文以毛澤東對(duì)美外交戰(zhàn)略思想的發(fā)展為主線,以毛澤東處理中美關(guān)系的外交實(shí)踐為核心,采用史論結(jié)合、文獻(xiàn)查閱和歸納演義的方法,對(duì)毛澤東對(duì)美外交戰(zhàn)略思想進(jìn)行了分析和研究。通過(guò)研究可以看出,毛澤東對(duì)美外交戰(zhàn)略思想的發(fā)展歷史是曲折的,但毛澤東在深入分析國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,敏銳地把握世界格局的發(fā)展方向,靈活地制定與調(diào)整外交策略,這對(duì)于我們正確處理21世紀(jì)的中美關(guān)系具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 從對(duì)毛澤東對(duì)美外交戰(zhàn)略思想的研究中我們還可以看出,中美之間由于社會(huì)制度、發(fā)展水平等的不同,在諸多方面存在很大的分歧,兩者之間的沖突是不可避免的;但是中美兩國(guó)在當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的形勢(shì)下,又存在著很多的共同利益。這就決定了中美關(guān)系的發(fā)展道路再曲折,總的趨勢(shì)應(yīng)該是向前的。這也需要中美兩國(guó)在維護(hù)國(guó)家利益、維護(hù)世界和平的基礎(chǔ)上,堅(jiān)持“求同存異”、“相互尊重”的原則,積極開展合作與交流。 深入研究毛澤東對(duì)美外交戰(zhàn)略思想是以史為鑒,能讓我們學(xué)習(xí)到毛澤東對(duì)美外交中的智慧與藝術(shù),也能幫助我們?cè)阱e(cuò)綜復(fù)雜和風(fēng)云變幻的國(guó)際形勢(shì)下靈活地制定與調(diào)整對(duì)美外交策略,掌握主動(dòng)權(quán)�？缛�21世紀(jì),在全球化背景下,中美兩國(guó)必然要開展合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。我們研究毛澤東對(duì)美外交戰(zhàn)略思想,把握毛澤東對(duì)美外交的立場(chǎng)、觀點(diǎn)與方法,汲取毛澤東對(duì)美外交的智慧,制定新時(shí)期的對(duì)美外交政策,對(duì)推動(dòng)中美關(guān)系向著良好的方向發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong is a great proletarian revolutionist, strategist and thinker in our country. He has made outstanding contributions to the construction and development of New China. Mao Zedong is also a great statesman with high acumen, and in the course of leading the Chinese revolution, He has been paying close attention to the changes in the international situation. Among them, the United States, as the world's superpower, has always been the focus of his attention. The relationship between the Communist Party of China and the US government led by Mao Zedong is complicated and rapidly changing. However, Mao Zedong, with his outstanding political talent, accurately grasped the relationship between the two, leaving us with valuable experience in handling Sino-US relations now. It can help us correctly formulate and adjust the foreign policy to the United States in the new period, and provide some historical reference for the developing Sino-American relations. The main line of the thesis is the development of Mao Zedong's diplomatic strategy to the United States, the diplomatic practice of Mao Zedong in handling Sino-US relations as the core, the method of combining historical theory, literature consulting and summing up the Romance. This paper analyzes and studies Mao Zedong's strategic thinking on US diplomacy. From the study, we can see that the history of the development of Mao Zedong's diplomatic strategic thought to the United States has been tortuous, but on the basis of in-depth analysis of the international and domestic situation, Mao Zedong, It is of great practical significance for us to correctly handle the relations between China and the United States in 21th century by grasping the development direction of the world pattern and flexibly formulating and adjusting diplomatic strategies. From the study of Mao Zedong's strategic thoughts on American diplomacy, we can also see that because of the difference of social system and level of development between China and the United States, there are great differences in many aspects, and the conflict between them is inevitable. However, under the current situation of economic globalization, China and the United States also have a lot of common interests. This determines the twists and turns of the development path of Sino-US relations, and the general trend should be forward. This also requires China and the United States to safeguard their national interests. On the basis of safeguarding world peace, we should adhere to the principle of "seeking common ground while reserving differences" and "mutual respect", and actively carry out cooperation and exchanges. An in-depth study of Mao Zedong's strategic thinking on US diplomacy is to draw lessons from history and enable us to learn the wisdom and art of Mao Zedong's diplomacy with the United States. It can also help us flexibly formulate and adjust our diplomatic strategy to the United States in a complex and volatile international situation, and master the initiative. In 21th century, in the context of globalization, China and the United States are bound to carry out cooperation and competition. We will study Mao Zedong's strategic thinking on US diplomacy, grasp Mao Zedong's position, views and methods on US diplomacy, draw on the wisdom of Mao Zedong's diplomacy to the United States, and formulate foreign policy towards the United States in the new period. It is of great practical significance to promote the development of Sino-US relations in a good direction.
