【摘要】：里根總統(tǒng)上臺以后,根據(jù)國內(nèi)外局勢,提高了對中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)的重視程度,并且進一步加強了對中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)的援助力度。美國希望通過加強對該地區(qū)援助,促進中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)的民主與穩(wěn)定。本文通過梳理里根政府對中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)援助政策和相應(yīng)的援助項目,分析里根政府對該地區(qū)援助的特點,以揭示美蘇冷戰(zhàn)的后期,美國對該地區(qū)的援助給雙方帶來什么戰(zhàn)略性的影響。除了緒論和結(jié)語部分外,本文主要分為三章進行論述和分析。第一章主要介紹里根政府對中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)援助的背景。其中梳理了美國對中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)援助的發(fā)展歷程,分析了里根政府對該地區(qū)援助的國內(nèi)外背景。第二章重點分析里根政府對中美洲及加勒比地區(qū)援助的主要內(nèi)容及特點。第一部分分析里根政府對中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)援助政策和相關(guān)項目。第二部分總結(jié)出里根政府對中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)援助的特點。第三章主要分析里根政府對加勒比地區(qū)援助對雙方的影響。重點闡述里根政府對中美洲加勒比地區(qū)的援助究竟給美國自身和中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)帶來了什么影響。冷戰(zhàn)期間,美國作為全球經(jīng)濟霸主,在全球?qū)ν庠I(lǐng)域內(nèi)發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用。表面上看,美國的對外援助在一定程度上維護了受援國社會秩序的穩(wěn)定,并且促進了受援國社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。但是本質(zhì)上來看,美國把對外援助當作是其爭奪世界霸權(quán)以及對外侵略擴張的工具,并加以貫徹。所以通過上述分析,本文認為里根政府時期對中美洲和加勒比地區(qū)的援助是統(tǒng)籌在美國對外援助大體系之下,其本質(zhì)上是為了維護美國自身的利益。
[Abstract]:In the light of the situation at home and abroad, President Reagan has increased the importance attached to the Central American and Caribbean region and further strengthened its assistance to the Central American and Caribbean region. To promote democracy and stability in Central America and the Caribbean. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Reagan Administration's aid to Central America and the Caribbean by combing the Reagan Administration's aid policy and corresponding aid projects to the region. To reveal what strategic impact U. S. aid to the region had on both sides during the late Cold War. Chapter two focuses on the analysis of the main contents and characteristics of the Reagan administration's aid to central America and the Caribbean. Therefore, through the above analysis, This paper argues that the aid to Central America and the Caribbean during the Reagan administration was coordinated under the large foreign aid system of the United States, essentially to safeguard the interests of the United States.
