【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)的十多年,即2014年烏克蘭危機(jī)爆發(fā)前,俄羅斯與澳大利亞建立了以亞太地區(qū)為主要地緣合作空間的伙伴關(guān)系,兩國(guó)政治友好關(guān)系日益發(fā)展,外交與安全協(xié)作不斷加強(qiáng),經(jīng)濟(jì)合作快速發(fā)展,人文交流與合作日漸密切。然而,2014年烏克蘭危機(jī)爆發(fā)后,澳大利亞追隨美國(guó)以及西方其他國(guó)家的對(duì)俄戰(zhàn)略,在外交上奉行敵視與遏制俄羅斯的政策,在經(jīng)濟(jì)上加入西方制裁俄羅斯的行列,使俄澳政治關(guān)系嚴(yán)重倒退與惡化。展望未來(lái),亞太地區(qū)的迅速發(fā)展和一體化進(jìn)程,以及俄澳深度融入亞太地區(qū),將有助于推動(dòng)俄澳關(guān)系的改善,但是,俄澳關(guān)系的未來(lái)發(fā)展從根本上取決于美國(guó)以及整個(gè)西方與俄羅斯戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系的走向。
[Abstract]:More than a decade into 21th century, before the Ukraine crisis broke out on 2014, Russia and Australia established a partnership with the Asia-Pacific region as the main space for geopolitical cooperation, and the political friendly relations between the two countries developed day by day. Diplomatic and security cooperation has been strengthened, economic cooperation has developed rapidly, and people-to-people exchanges and cooperation have become increasingly close. However, after the Ukraine crisis broke out in 2014, Australia followed the strategy of the United States and other Western countries towards Russia. Pursuing the policy of hostility and containment of Russia in foreign affairs, joining the ranks of Western sanctions against Russia economically, seriously regressing and deteriorating the political relations between Russia and Australia. Looking ahead, the Asia-Pacific region will develop rapidly and the process of integration will develop rapidly. The further integration of Russia and Australia into the Asia-Pacific region will help to promote the improvement of Russian-Australian relations, but the future development of Russian-Australian relations depends fundamentally on the direction of strategic relations between the United States and the West as a whole.
