【摘要】："間島"地理名稱是近代朝鮮人向圖們江以北地區(qū)移民、開墾的產(chǎn)物。1907年日本利用朝鮮人向這一地區(qū)滲透時借用了"間島"概念,它是日本準備行使特權(quán)的勢力范圍。統(tǒng)監(jiān)府派出所界定的"間島"假定區(qū)域,不但包括海蘭河、布爾哈通河及嘎呀河流域(后來的延吉、和龍、汪清縣),還包括二道松花江流域(后來的安圖縣)。然而外務省在簽訂《間島協(xié)約》時不得不調(diào)整其范圍,特別是將二道松花江流域排除出"間島"范圍,這一方面與吉林邊務公署與統(tǒng)監(jiān)府派出所的斗爭有關,另一方面與外務省拋棄土門、豆?jié)M二江說也有關系。"間島"東部界線劃在嘎呀河上,有賴于外務省通過談判成功開放百草溝,從而彌補了派出所在當?shù)氐臐B透失敗。
[Abstract]:The geographical name of "Jiandao" is the product of the emigration and reclamation of modern Korean people to the north of the Tumen River. In 1907, Japan borrowed the concept of "inter-island" when it used the Korean infiltration to this area. It was the sphere of influence Japan was prepared to exercise its prerogative. The "inter-island" assumed area, as defined by the UMC police station, included not only the Heian, Burhatong and Gaya basins (later Yanji, and the Dragon), but not only the Hailan River, but also the Burhaton River and the Gaya River Basin. Wang Qing County, including the second Songhua River Basin (later Antu County). However, when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed the Treaty of Interisland Agreement, it had to adjust its scope, especially by excluding the two Songhua River basins from the "inter-island" area. On the one hand, it has something to do with the struggle between the Jilin Border Affairs Office and the police station of the Unification Office; on the other hand, it has something to do with the abandonment of Tumen by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the claim of the two Rivers of Douman. The eastern boundary of the "Jiandao" is drawn on the River Gaya. Thanks to successful negotiations by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to open a hundred grass trenches, the failure of infiltration in the police station was remedied.
