[Abstract]:In recent years, China has played a more important role in international relations than in the past. At present, China is the second largest economy in the world, with the second largest military expenditure in the world. The complex and diverse geographical resource environment, the vibrant market economy and the social and political changes give one reason to believe that China should play a more active, creative and constructive role.
