【摘要】：國家形象已成為國家利益的重要組成部分,新時期,中非關(guān)系得到了全方位的發(fā)展,中非逐步建立起新型戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系。在中國發(fā)展成世界大國的進程中,非洲一直是中國的重要的戰(zhàn)略盟友和伙伴。中國在非洲的姿態(tài)向世界展示了快速發(fā)展的東方大國應有的風范和責任。因此,在非洲塑造更加良好的國家形象無疑將有利于中國進一步獲取成為世界大國所必需的硬實力和軟實力資源。探討研究非洲的中國形象有助于確立中國的國家形象戰(zhàn)略,通過發(fā)展、合作和溝通在非洲塑造“和平發(fā)展的負責任大國”的中國形象。與此同時,中非關(guān)系的健康發(fā)展引起了西方部分人士的憂慮,他們擔心西方國家會逐漸喪失對非洲資源和市場的絕對控制以及政治上的強大影響力。意識形態(tài)、政治制度的巨大差異催生了西方國家對中非關(guān)系的疑惑,這種非正常的關(guān)注催生了諸多對中國不切實際的批評；中非發(fā)展合作的過程中也存在一些由中方行為不當或宣傳力度不夠等原因引起的非洲部分人士對中國的誤解、抱怨。這些因素都對中國在非洲的形象產(chǎn)生了一定的負面影響。 在這樣的背景下,探討如何改善非洲的中國形象就顯得尤為必要。本文以中非關(guān)系為視角,分析非洲的中國國家形象的現(xiàn)狀,指出存在的問題,尋找影響非洲的中國國家形象塑造的因素,提出中國改善中國國家形象的策略。
[Abstract]:The national image has become an important part of national interests. In the new period, China-Africa relations have developed in all directions, and China-Africa has gradually established a new type of strategic partnership. Africa has always been an important strategic ally and partner of China. China's posture in Africa has demonstrated to the world the style and responsibility of the rapidly developing powers of the East. Creating a better national image in Africa will undoubtedly be conducive to China's further acquisition of the hard and soft power resources necessary for China to become a major power in the world. Exploring and studying the image of China in Africa will help to establish China's national image strategy. Through development, cooperation and communication, the image of China as a "responsible power for peaceful development" in Africa has been shaped. At the same time, the healthy development of China-Africa relations has aroused concern among some people in the West. They are worried that Western countries will gradually lose absolute control over Africa's resources and markets, as well as strong political influence. The huge differences in ideology and political systems have created doubts about Sino-African relations in the West. This abnormal concern has led to a lot of impractical criticism of China; there are also some misunderstandings about China caused by China's improper conduct or insufficient propaganda in the process of China-Africa development cooperation. Complaints. These factors have had a negative impact on China's image in Africa. In this context, it is particularly necessary to explore how to improve the image of China in Africa. This paper, from the perspective of China-Africa relations, analyzes the current situation of China's image in Africa, and points out the existing problems. To find out the factors that influence the Chinese national image of Africa, and put forward the strategy of improving China's national image.
