【摘要】：文化外交作為一種嶄新的外交方式，日益成為一國總體外交的重要支柱，越來越多的國家將文化外交視為提升國家軟實力和實現(xiàn)國家利益的必要手段。文化外交一直是日本外交戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分，日本政府通過展開文化外交，擴大了日本的國際影響力、提升了日本的國際地位。 本文試圖通過國際交流基金會和動漫外交兩個案例、從兩個角度剖析解讀日本文化外交的意義和局限，，并就日本文化外交對我國開展文化外交的啟示作一個分析。中國文化外交應借鑒日本的成功經(jīng)驗，結合本國國情，建立具有中國特色的文化外交機制，使文化外交成為促進中國和平發(fā)展的重要推動力量。
[Abstract]:As a new diplomatic method, cultural diplomacy has increasingly become an important pillar of a country's overall diplomacy. More and more countries regard cultural diplomacy as a necessary means to enhance national soft power and realize national interests. Cultural diplomacy has always been an important part of Japan's diplomatic strategy. Expanded Japan's international influence, enhanced Japan's international position. This paper attempts to analyze the significance and limitations of Japanese cultural diplomacy from two angles through the International Exchange Foundation and animation diplomacy. This paper also makes an analysis of the enlightenment of Japanese cultural diplomacy to China's cultural diplomacy. China's cultural diplomacy should draw lessons from Japan's successful experience and combine with its own national conditions to establish a mechanism of cultural diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. Cultural diplomacy has become an important driving force for China's peaceful development.
